Landlord refused to return the deposit. Finally threatened to turn him in to Immigration for working without a work permit and working in a reserved occupation - tour guide. He finally returned half the deposit.

Not surprising. When I first started coming to Thailand 25 years ago, you rarely saw overweight children. Now, with the increased sugar consumption and lack of activity due to too much screen time, it is getting hard to find children that are not overweight not to mention adults.

Hi all. I'm going to be taking the night train to Bangkok and taking my Wave with me. This will be my first time to take the bike this way since they moved from Hua Lamphong to the new Krung Thep Aphiwat Central Terminal Station. (Bang Sue Grand). Before the move, they unloaded the bikes right on the platform next to the baggage car. I have searched and can't find out if they do the same at the new station (I doubt it due to the new layout) or if they have some other procedure. Any first hand experience would be appreciated. David
