    Near a place I frequent, I have also been observing a group (4-5) Chinese workers who have been working very diligently completely renovating an old shophouse into a Mala restaurant. They are quite skilled and doing all the cementing, tiling, wood work, glass windows, painting by themselves. But they definitely seem to be co-owners and not hired labourers. They speak Chinese and very basic Thai.

    Correct. Mom & dad could be funding this married man with a 7yr old child to go on a holiday to Thailand, leaving his wife & kid behind in Essex in January.

    Inspite of having big homes, many Americans also use rented self storage to stuff their unwanted purchases!

    Normaly we dont read about "shot near left leg" "shot near right underarm" etc, so "shot near penis"...sure to grab attention from a lot of readers, including me. 😄

    The first car I purchased was a Toyota Soluna in Bangkok in 1996. Followed by Toyota Vios 8yrs later. And then a Toyota Altis and now a Toyota Camry. In 2026 I plan to buy a Toyota Lexus, the last car before I say my final goodbye.
