Hi, I will be doing my first 90 day report at chaengwattana for a Non O Marriage visa this month. I also need a residence certificate to renew my 5 year Thai DL. Does anyone know if they need the first 90 day report to be done before I can apply for the residence certificate? I have read that this is no longer a requirement, but there is conflicting information. I'm thinking about the timing here, everything is coming at the same time. I have been waiting for 2 months to get a Yellow book also, but the Amphur is "busy". Thanks.

Hi, just wondering if anyone has a template or example for a contract for holding a property while the loan clears, inspection is done, and the title deed search is completed. I know what I should include in the contract, but am looking to get the format and some of the language in which to alter. If anyone has such a thing please post it. Many thanks.

Hi, I'm about to go for my first 1 year marriage visa extension at CW. I've been reading that certain STM type docs are required (in addition to the already researched and acquired plethora of unnecessary paperwork). Do they supply these additional documents? Or would it be best to print these out and bring them in already completed? Any insight appreciated. Many thanks.

Update. Got evisa non o marriage at vientiane. Submitted on a friday, approved following Tuesday. Crossed from thakek to nakhon phanom

Absolute Thieves! All flights cancelled during Microsoft Outage July 2024. I was stranded in Malaysia and they promised to refund the retrun portion of my ticket plus pay me back for the Malaysian airlines ticket I had to buy to get back to Thailand (Airasia couldnt get me on a flight back to Thailand). Spent hours and hours emailing, tried to call, went to Don Muang in person....all to no avail. Now they are totally incommunicado. I have a case number, everything, They promised to refund and compensate me via email, then nothing- crickets. The absolut worst company of any sort I have ever dealt with in my life - absolute miserable thieves.
