On May 20th, Donald Trump announced that plans for a new space-based missile defence system called the “Golden Dome”.
Trump said during the announcement that Canada had contacted the Trump administration and indicated that the country “want to be a part of it”.
“I told Canada, which very much wants to be part of our fabulous Golden Dome System, that it will cost $61 Billion Dollars if they remain a separate, but unequal, Nation, but will cost ZERO DOLLARS if they become our cherished 51st State. They are considering the offer!”
Trump to Canada: “It will cost you $61 billion, but zero if you become 51st state”
Donald, you're such a teaser with words- separate but unequal (ouch!) ...then cherished (aw, you sweet thing).
I expect the lumberjacks will tell him where to go.
The man is lying again and again and again.

No, you can't. People do get deported, not enough though.

Really.. My friend owns some condos in Pattaya. He used a lawyer and the developer to appoint a Thai nominee to a fake company so he could purchase those condos that needed Thai ownership to buy cheaper. The company has not made a single baht or operated since its conception. Do you think if the Sh--t hits the fan that they will be going after the lawyer or the developer? Heck no! My friend never knew about these rules and was convinced by the developer that everything he did to acquire the condos was legal. His lawyer has been asked several times about these news reports and swears nothing is done illegally. All lies of course and i have warned him about it as well. But he insists to believe the Thais. I am just waiting the day he comes back to Thailand and asks my help to bail him out of jail.. Some people either do not care about the laws or trust what the Thais are telling them.
He should have informed himself by reading a bit and not ignore advice of his friend. He clearly doesn't care and could pay the price for it.

My Thai wife wants to sell a property she and her cousin own which has a mortgage...they want to purchase another property but need to sell the mortgaged property first...they are now pestering me to loan them 3 mil baht to payoff the mortgage claiming the property cannot be sold while there is a mortgage on it...I explained to them that, sure it can be sold, just that the mortgage will be paid off first to the mortgage holder...they claim that is not how it works in Thailand...
Any views or insight into their claims guys??
Thanks in advance...

Many O visa holders travel all over Thailand, I doubt they report to the local immigration office.
And none of them have been deported for that.

Huh? She touches him gently, doesn't push him. He's the one yelling. She simply says "I'm taking my glasses" but then the officer barks "GO" at her.
She has no right to touch him and wouldn't be there if she paid for what she ordered.

The same logic goes for setting up a business then.
It's not that simple though. It might already have a MRR from subscriptions, a loyal customer based, might be a well known product within a niche, could have traffic from successful marketing channels, email sub subscribers, etc
Simply saying you can start another website and be in the exact same situation as another website is not the case. Where are your customers going to come from?As you have done trade with them before, you would have their info and could approach them again.

Don't make me laugh, I've been in online business for over 17 years and have created many successful businesses. I explained to you what online business is from the very first article, but you continue to argue and not understand trivial things. I'm not interested in wasting time on explanations.
Don't clutter the topic, please. Better spend your time and read a couple of articles about "what is online business".
I have been running proper businesses in Europe and Asia for over 40 years. Here is an example what is need to setup a proper (US) business. NOT doing some online transactions and calling it a business. https://www.sba.gov/business-guide/10-steps-start-your-business
Selling a website gives the buyer nothing special. One could start another website and keep doing the same thing again.

Ok, special for you. Advice - use Google in the future if you don't understand. I'm not going to argue and explain obvious things.
Google what a business entitles and what the requirements are to start one. You haven't got a clue.

You are mistaken.
This is a full-fledged online business with its own product, with clients, bringing passive income with minimal participation.
I am not mistaken, you don't have a business to sell but a website which sell products. Big difference.

So, I wanted to post a quick follow-up here rather than reply to my original thread (which has kind of taken on a life of its own).
I ended up having a proper talk with my girl about the money issue. I brought up the family support thing and asked where the pressure was really coming from. She got a bit emotional and said her parents have been asking questions, especially about me being older and not meaningfully contributing anything to her life. I guess in their eyes the situation makes me look unserious, uncaring or even disrespectful.
We talked it through and settled on something a bit lower at 20,000 baht a month. I’ll explain in a minute why I even pushed for less, when in fact the amount itself really isn't the issue for me. But she seems happy with this figure, her family is apparently fine with it, and honestly, it’s not a big burden for me financially. I would’ve gone for 30K if that’s what it will take, and if it gives her some peace of mind, I figure that's worth something in itself.
That said, I’d be lying if I said there isn’t a small part of me wondering if the pressure really is from the family, or if she’s just framing it that way to make the request sound more acceptable. That’s why I attempted to nudge the amount down a bit, I wanted to test the waters, see how she’d respond to a lesser figure, and try to suss out if I'm just getting fully rinsed here.
She’s always been affectionate and sweet, and I want to believe it’s all sincere, but this is Thailand after all. Part of me can’t help but wonder if I’m slowly sliding into a situation where I’m paying for affection, but whether I really am or not remains the big question. Maybe I’m just overthinking. Maybe it’s totally genuine. And I'd feel like a complete knob if I was making any wrong assumptions about her. But the thought still creeps in now and then.
Does agreeing to this kind of setup mean I’ve already lost my sensibilities and fallen straight down into the rabbit hole? Or is this just part of the deal when you’re a foreigner dating someone younger with a low salary and family obligations? Like I said, I’m fine with the money, I just don’t want to end up being a fool who thought he had something meaningful, when really, maybe I'm just another foreign sponsor in a Thai romance that comes with a fixed monthly fee.
Or maybe I should just give her the full 30,000 baht if it simply makes everyone happy. After all, it's not really that much money these days, is it?
You are hiring a girl to be with you, up to you how much you want to pay.

It is an online business, it does not matter where you support it from. The most important thing is the site, software sources, ownership rights. The new owner receives a fully turnkey business to manage and is only engaged in its promotion.
A business has a legal framework, is registered in a country as a business with shareholders, VAT number, ........
Doesn't look like you have a business just a couple of websites selling things.

Also I want to avoid scams and time wasters.
Any thoughts?
Be clear what you want to sell.
A business or business projects.
What is the revenue? What is the net profit? How long does the business exist? Any outstanding debts?
What do you sell? What is the legal framework of your business? Are there any other shareholders? Where is your business located?
