Well if you can ban a mob of terrorists, arrest one innocent Jew. Great police work.
You would be trashing a Palestinian who turned up at a Jewish march for being provocative.

They should threaten to pass a retroactive law for when this Senate is dissolved, threatening to recoup the cost of the trips.

If you think that, then think again. The sole reason for the programme is to develop nuclear weapons, and yes, that is illegal. They were helped by both the French and the Pakistanis, no surprise there. Yes, you are right, in that the totally inadequate treaty was quite rightly torn up by the US, so there are insufficient to no checks going on.
It is not illegal if you renounce the NPT, which NK and Iran have done. Both countries were suffering UM sanctions for dropping the treaty. Both tried to trade a commitment not to seek nukes with IAEA oversight , for some sanctions relief. Scurrilously they didn't get the sanctions relief, despite the IAEA confirming that they were not breaking the treaty. Do you blame them for dropping the NPT? I think all nations that want to stay independent and sovereign need nukes to prevent the US with regime changes like Saddam & Gaddafi (both of whom gave up nukes). Kim saw he was in the same program and said FO and built his nukes (we think), but we don't see the US harassing him with colour revolutions too much these days.

Did Suvarnabhumi get better? I'm surprised. Or did the airports in the 10 places above get worse? Tricky one. But it doesn't matter as we have few alternatives to Swampy.

Shameful US. Two weeks ago they were talking the only solution as being two state, now they veto it.

The non-horn-using readers are obviously saints and they will get their reward in heaven. As of me, well whenever someone on the road makes a mistake my put my fist on the horn for about 5 minutes straight. Despite warnings from the family, I haven't been killed yet.

I'm so glad they picked a really quality newspaper as a partner. As a user of Asean Now I'm happy, but as a businessman, I know that the combination of two weak businesses never results in a strong new business. Rather the reverse, the weaknesses of both parties become more glaringly apparent.

This is a fantastic story. I don't know about you but I would never have thought of doing this. It's brave, imaginative, and daring....but also crass, stupid and tasteless. Just shows you how difficult it can be to guess the thoughts of others. Imagine getting this lovely woman in a bank. She look like she's helping him , but she's there to rob his money. Shoulda gone to SpecSavers.

So far I am rather unimpressed with technology, it has some pros but it has been used to make customers life more difficult and businesses more profitable by making it impossible for you to speak to a human at almost any business. Customer service has become deplorable.
I very much doubt I will be impressed by, or feel more secure with AI surveillance. I will be waiting for the great mistake where a troop of trigger happy soldiers bursts into my home looking for weed.
I think, like with EVs, the public and investors are being conned by AI. At the end of the day it is GIGO....garbage in, garbage out and we see with Google's rewriting of history putting women and bald men in pictures of Presidents, that it should be called AS...Artifical Stupidity.

Israel seems to look for reasons to break norms and taboos when it comes to killing people they don't like, and it seems that anyone not Jewish is on their not like list. It is a problem when your religion gives you such a sense of superiority that you see others as subhuman like Palestinians. Israel's notions of self defence seem to be misguided, like the US's, that they see bombing an embassy in Turkey as self defence. No, sad to say we have seen the true side of Israel during this genocide and it is not pleasant, and it does not convince me that it would not use nukes against a country that had none.

I don't make too many predictions but I do make this one, Trump won't be elected and I think Biden will drop out.....he can't campaign and can't debate and America should have a leader who has all his faculties. I think Trump's law fare situation is looking dire, and there is a limit to how much the SCOTUS can dig him out of his farcical situation. His musings against biased judges and biased AGs and prosecutors are always spot on, but his bleating them out without compelling evidence isn't helping him. I think he will be rid of the vile perjurer Fani Williams soon, but will still have a law suit against him in a hostile county. Contrast the FBI won't prosecute Biden because he is frail and weak minded and I betcha Hunter gets tried in a Biden-or-die state/county. American Injustice in a politically polarised country where when one side is winning they care nothing for due process....but complain like hell when they are losing. The US is a BROKEN BANANA STATE. Pity the poor world with this pretend leader as the hegemon.

Forums are old school.
It's like walking into a Yorkshire pub quarter full of lads sitting around tables in small groups chatting amongst themselves.
I find it more entertaining to sit at the bar and listen in on their conversations.

I have an ad blocker so I don't get plagued with ads like some complain of. I was a member years ago. It was better when it was ThaiVisa. Asean Now added nothing to the platform in my opinion and I find the inconsistent and pro-Israel bias in the moderation very difficult to accept. If it gets taken over I'll give it a try to see how it is. Mike Lister did a survey her a month or two back about what posters felt about the forum....I don't remember getting a feedback of the consolidated comments, but that may well down to my inattentiveness.
The things that freaks me out about the forum is these months old commentaries with 6000 odd responses and 35 pages.....at least give us the option to view the latest comments first instead of wading through 000s of comments.

That sucks, they are a very small place with limited staff. My account out near Maya MAll Branch a small original one ended up in Central Airport, what a bitch to get to. And the main guy there has left who was extremely helpful.
This thread is nearly two years old. Moderators how about flagging these ancient relics??????

Where do all these shows featuring low to mediocre talent as hosts come from? Does America have a huge 51st state somewhere where they keep millions of aspiring low talent talk show hosts to fill in at 3am when no one watches? I never hear of any of them and suddenly they are a major news item....Ooooh Kelly Clarkson got emotional. Bit fat hairy deal.

I've followed this story for what seems like an age on the Guardian and BBC. What is Rishi thinking? According to the Guardian, that is a very biased left wing newspaper, Rishi has spent already some 400m pounds, and yesterday agreed to give Kagame another 50 million if the legislation is approved. Apparently putting up each deportee costs over 1 million pounds. The legislation sounds like a waste of time to deport a maximum of 200 illegals a year, out the the net hundreds of thousands that come to Britain.

An article without merit. Biden could have simply reinstated Trump's executive order than be abolished on Day 1 of his tenure. He is not doing this to give himself an, admittedly weak, answer to the Republicans' horror at his letting in illegals, even those on watch lists who may be feature in future terror strikes. Biden and the Democrats strategy is to bring in millions of illegal aliens, then to pass local legislation allowing them to vote, hoping they will overwhelmingly vote Democrat. How about simply governing in the interests pod all the country Joe?

I'm guessing this might be a cause of even more confusion. Why not invite ex-astronauts, ex-greengrocers and T-shirt stall holders to speak to provide a counter narrative. In which language will this congress be held? Will there be a translation? Simultaneous or post facto?
