the last newsletter I got was on the 2nd of Feb. Mailed support team twice asking what's wrong and when to expect the problem to be solved, Guess what - no response. If they want to stop this service they should let us know but not answering any inquiries is definitely the wrong way. Very disappointed

Friend of mine is visiting me here in Bkk on a 60 day tourist visa, now he would like to get a 30 day extension. Is there a timeline when to do the extension?
