  1. She know what side her bread is buttered on..........πŸ˜‚πŸ€‘
  2. I use a Shoei neotec 2 modular helmet, the fit is great and ventilation is good. low wind noise It cost a little more then other brands, but i want to protect what's inside, I am on my second one as i had an accident and smacked the road surface very hard with the helmet, didn't get any injuries myself but i have never used that helmet again, just went and got another one, consumable item.
  3. We would never know what the so called victim Mr. Andresen said to the taxi driver, as he had only booked an ride for 1km to his accommodation. Maybe the taxi driver wanted more money for the fare as it was only 1km away and wanted to compensated for the early morning pick up, we will never know what was said in the car from both parties, it will always be conflicting stores But why did Mr. Andresen not just walk away and not retaliate, and what was said for the driver to react in the way he did. we will never know, so why all the bashing on Phuket In all honestly, i don't like Phuket that much myself, having lived there for 4 year many years ago, its not an area of Thailand that i enjoy, but for you 1 or 2 week tourists its fine and as the quality of tourist coming now don't seem to have the same respect for the locals or it might be the locals don't have the same respect for the tourists. and with the advent of more social media and CCTV, incidents like this get more exposure then years past. If you go to Phuket enjoy yourself and be respectful to the locals and i am sure you will get the same respect back.
  4. What an absolute loser, but what i don't understand, all hotels that I have stayed in Thailand take the room charges before you check in and if it is a physical key they take a deposit for the key....
  5. How much did she ask for her sick buffalo πŸƒ And make sure when you transfer all your money to Thailand make sure you transfer it to her account, I'm sure she is trust worthy, she sound genuine and a keeper...πŸ₯°πŸ˜πŸ€‘πŸ€‘
  6. The picture posted in the article for sure has been photoshopped, because the puppet strings have been remove, and you see the other Muppet in the picture as well, who is ruling the country, its not hard to see.,πŸ€“
  7. I have never allowed anyone to sit in the back of my pickup, if it is more then 5 people which are seated in the pickup, then some miss out on going or they find other transport.
  8. When i got my D-Max pickup i told my wife and her family that if they don't wear a seat belt in the pickup we will not be going anywhere, they have learnt fast and now many years later whenever they now get into any car they all wear seat belts,.. I little education can work if you push the point...
  9. Have you thought of using DHL or Fedex to send your new passport as the Canada Post is striking, I am sure these companies are still working taking advantage of the strike
  10. I do a lot of riding in Thailand, I only ride with full gear, I have a Shoei helmet which are not cheap, riding jack and pant with armor in the elbow, knees, back and riding boots. I ride a 1000cc touring bike, i only ride it on long trips, and when i arrive at my destination i park the bike at my nights accommodation and if i go out i will either walk or take a taxi. I never take the bike out for small rides On the occasion that i have stayed in Chiang Mai i will ride my bike but i still wear my entire gear when i ride to visit some friend in different areas of CM Where i live i live in Khon Kaen i don't own a scooter and if i want to some where around town i will drive my car, When i am out touring i am very aware of other vehicles on the road and anticipate that some drive will do any crazy things, so far in 15 years of riding i have only come off my bike once, which was my own fault and i damaged my bike enough that i could not ride it and luckily i did not get injured, but my helmet took a huge hit to the side and i have never used that helmet again. so for my it full gear or i don't ride
  11. I'm sure the cops that are investigating traffic accidents are watching the porn (for investigative reason of course) instead of investigating the traffic accidents..
  12. Finally a poster that make sense, i am sure that it was a one off incident that was an accident in the kitchen It can happen in any kitchen, having worked in the food industry for 35+ year i have seen this happen once or twice in my career. accidents happen I'm surprised one of the keyboard warriors have not blamed the staff member for being high at the time on the so called devils lettuce.
  13. I am guessing the the customer cannot name the Company but they serve Pizza...….πŸ•πŸ˜† I am not defending the Pizza chain but I work in the food service industry and accidents do happen, I am sure this was not intentional and as mentioned the restaurant will take care of medical cost if required.
  14. Look at the picture of her, it is obvious that she is not well 🀣, I'm sure big brother and his puppet daughter will take care of her.. The penthouse hospital bed is still warm, so she will be fine 2025 is the upcoming family reunion for Songkran....

    FedEx hold up

I had the same issue, i had a car part sent from Japan and received the same message. After contacting Fedex, i explained that i am not an importer and it is just a small car part for private use, i wash told i had 2 options, One to use an independent customs clearance company or get Fedex do the required import process at an additional cost, i had to send ,my passport copy and a signed form that Fedex sent to me to. in addition to the passport copy i needed to send the invoice or proof of purchase price, which i sent to them. I them got another email with the total cost including the import tax, in total it cost me another 1200 tbh to receive the package with my part. and today almost a week to receive the item once it arrived into Thailand Just seem to be a money grab by Fedex
  16. I was going to say the Monkeys are not the ones dragging their knuckles on the ground when walking
  17. It not just the Brits, many people for other countries take the risk to make a fast buck and in the hope of not being caught. Most are just mauls for bigger high up dealers I have no sympathy for them when getting caught, they all know the consequences when they except the money for trafficking or the sale of the drugs I ok with people coming to Thailand, smoke a little weed and enjoy themselves, but to try and bring it home or sell harder drug they deserve what they get........
  18. You obviously have some thing about cannabis and drunk foreigners. Its true the guy should not have entered the car of the lady, But i am not sure that every crime big or small is caused by use of cannabis, Maybe some people that have never tried or used it before come to Thailand and try for the first time and due to the strength of the cannabis get totally wasted, but I am sure they don't go committing crime all over Thailand, Again you were not at the scene, maybe the guy has some other mental heath issues and a little alcohol did not bide well with him I am sure you want him deported and banned for this ? do these kind of thing that happen effect your life, because i am sure thing like this happen many countries around the world I am sure there are some countries that you could live that don't allow cannabis, and the crime rate would be zero and you can live happy ever after
  19. Yes I'm on your case again Why when ever something happen with violence and a foreigner, you always blame drugs for the incident and want people banned or suspended. Do you know the full circumstances of the incident, were you there at the scene when it happened ?
  20. I like a beer from time to time as well, but from my experience i have noticed people get more aggressive from alcohol then they do the so called "Devil's Lettuce". When I'm at home I prefer the Devil's lettuce over a beer, I get better a sleep But that my preference, But if you have you big bottles of Leo that's good for you, How do you get home, Drive or Ride ? If you do one of the 2 then you are endangering others. and again that you choice if its the case. We all like different thing in life, it's our own choices, but for you to assume it was the Devil's Lettuce that caused the 2 tourists to fight in the first place with out any proof was my first reply to you. and i was saying being high dose not cause people to be violent in my opinion, but opinions are like a#%holes we all have one..............
  21. i don't think they were high on Marijuana, because if they were i don't think they would have the motivation to fight, Why is it when ever some one does something wrong it always because they are high. I am sure that in many other countries there are fights between tourist, but they don't get mentioned so no on knows about them, Maybe you should try some weed and see if you want to go out and fight, i'm sure you will not. It's not reported the reason why they were fighting, so why assume ?????
  22. That would be a good idea if was all done above board But how are the top brass going to be able to afford their current life styles if all traffic violation are recorded and paid for officially with receipts. Will never happen in my life time......
  23. Aren't all accidents in Thailand caused by brake failure.....πŸš—
  24. He has already given the Leg 🦡
  25. Maybe the all thought they were playing a new 3d version of their game...πŸ˜†πŸ€£πŸ˜‚
