  1. I didn't say that, I said he wouldn't make a difference to what you have. Like you said you need a clear out to make a difference. Looks like he will fit right in though. @90min_Football All of Adrien Rabiot's 90min Player Ratings from last season in games he started... 5/10 6/10 6/10 6/10 5/10 6/10 5/10 6/10 2/10 5/10 3/10 4/10 4/10 7/10 3/10 6/10 4/10 4/10 6/10 9/10 6/10 6/10 5/10 An average of just over 5/10.
  2. He can't be an alternative to De Jong and I don't think he will make a bit of difference to what you already have.
  3. Here comes Marco Arnautovic to save the day, oh how the mighty have fallen.
  4. Premature ejaculation, normally reserved for young lads
  5. May as well give you the trophy now...
  6. Very disappointing result, still don't understand how VAR cannot see that dive for the penalty, it was one Harry Kane could be proud of. We were terrible though and yet another injury to one of most important players. Positives, the new lads looked good, Nunes is going to be a star player. Elliot and Carvalho looked good again. We should have won, even playing that badly, also a positive.
  7. Look at the young lads on the bench. Remember that name, Bajcetic, young fella looked brilliant pre-season.
  8. Well here we go again Wilers, City have strengthened, but lost a bit in attack for me. They a have 32 year old right back who's legs could go at any time and their best CB is out for a decent stretch, I think we can have them this year! Spurs for me will be the one to pressure the order this season, Conte is an incredible manager, he gets results, they've strengthened and look good. Super excited to see Diaz - Nunes - Salah terrorise everyone. The young lads Fabio, and Harvey are looking great. Trent huge and VvD over his injury. Injury list as usual is picking up pace; Kelleher - weeks away. Konate - out for while. Tsimikas - might train next week. Ramsay - no update Oxlade - No update, long term Jones - out this week Jota - weeks Keita - hope to be back today Gordon - no update. We need to get away to a good start, we might benefit from the World Cup break as not many of our players are going to the World Cup and if they do, won't play much. Up the <deleted> REDS!!
  9. Old mate getting his tips in ????
  10. He will again be a brilliant disrupter, he already is! Everything Ten Hag and his team will try and do on and off the pitch, in the changeys, in the stands, he will disrupt. Keep him please!
  11. Even trickier one to gauge before the start. I'm going with: Brentford Southampton Bournemouth
  12. You can always review it a day before kick-off ???? Not sure about the Arsenal there mate, loving the Man U call ????
  13. That is a shake up Owly, Forest might be a stretch! And Mikel Arteta has been busy, not sure if it's enough to get ahead of Liverpool ????
  14. Liverpool Manchester City Tottenham Hotspurs Chelsea Arsenal Manchester United
  15. With just over a week before we go again, it's time for me to post the pointless topic that we don't bother referencing at the end of each season. Thought I'd spice it a bit for the also ran followers and make it the TOP 6 predictions this season. Go'ead lads!
  16. 11 years of trying, can't give up now. I'm in.
  17. A lot of movement at City this summer mate, bit too much if it was my club. Light on pace down the flanks at the minute, 2 proper strikers brought in. Interesting...
  18. Yeah I've had a few preseasons of false hope, I just thought the approach, style and commitment is markedly improved by United. Nice to see Hag making an impact early doors.
  19. He's our 3rd CB, probably make captain of your team. Definitely expect to be challenging for the title. Not sure about our front 3, Mane is going to be a big loss for me, never injured and a big part of how we got to where we are and how we play. Would like another attacking midfielder, but think Carvalho is going to shine. I think we might see some changes in our shape from game to game, 4-2-3-1 might be used on occasion. A lot departing from City in this window, surprised Silva allowed to go, but happy to see it. Arsenal, Spurs look to be buying well, and Chelsea for me will be in it again. I don't expect a 2 horse race. Thought United looked more like a proper football team from what I've seen so far, are you hopeful?
  20. Marauding runs a' la Joel Matip style, attack attack attack
  21. We chatted privately for a few years, he endured a fair bit of pain the last couple of those years. As Keith will attest he was a keen and good golfer before he took ill, shame we didn't get to share a round together. He was one of the good guys, quick witted, clever, respectful and funny. He knew his football well, always thereabouts in fantasy football. I will miss him. Rest In Peace friend, I will keep up our offensive on the Mancs!
  22. My sidekick, I'm speechless
  23. Liverpool had won just one trophy in the previous nine years, the 2011/12 League Cup, and had only been able to reach the Champions League group stage once in six seasons. In the 2014/15 season we got flogged by Stoke and had 12 losses. In his first season, which started part way in to the season, no pre-season or transfer market, he took us to a League Cup Final and Europa League Final. In his second season he got us back in the Champions League. Hey laid the foundation to go on a win everything.
