  1. Nobody dislikes the Ford vehicles , people dislike Fords lack of after sales service in Thailand .

I can tell you in Pakchong that is not the case. They have great after sales services and no matter I only bought 1 Ford at that dealership I can drive in with my other Ford and they give service that is unbelievable. Oh yea they service Fords and Mazdas in same shop side by side.

  2. Gents, Fords in Thailand are in large a Mazda.

    Yeah nah, not these days.

Really then why does Ford and Mazda come from the same Auto Alliance factory in Rayong? Why are the engines the same? I know Ford sold their 35% share in Mazda years ago but they are still hooked up on sharing chassis and various parts in the factories they co-own.

How much input did Mazda have with the current Ranger ? Very little.

They share engines because they are the engine's Ford Australia chose to use, Mazda however has their driveline calibrated differently and in my opinion the BT-50 is the better of the 2 to actually drive.

They roll down the same production line from the company called auto alliance thailand becasue as you know it is a joint venture between ford and mazda.

Chassis the same, body panels and interior panels different. They each option out different so hard to compare Oranges to Apples.

Why almost always do you see a Mazda and Ford dealer right beside each other and many times they share the same workshop?

  4. Gents, Fords in Thailand are in large a Mazda. Chevrolet in Thailand are in large a Isuzu. They will be just as good as the Japanese heritage allows them to be. Most of the parts are shared between most makes anyway. Same air cond compressor no matter what brand as an example, same instruments with different face designs, etc. The ride and handling might be different but the reliability will be the same as a Mazda or an Isuzu.

  5. I use Windows and Mac computers. Apples are much less headache than Windows. I am so sick of Windows updating every few days. Apple updates are far less often. When Apple has a operating system upgrade it is cheap or free. With Windows that charge like a wounded bull.

As far as having file problems using files from Windows on an Apple you will have more problems between different versions of Windows with files than you will with Apple using Windows files.

  6. The simple things like facing the house in the right direction do not really cost anything. When you start talking about insulation, double pane windows, etc it might be a good idea to see what these extras cost then compare electric bill cost with and without.

I know it is not a "green opinion" but why spend B500,000 to save B500 per month. I am not saying that's the figures at all but do some comparison on real cost vs savings before proceeding.
