You ask the school & see if they agree to it but they have a curriculum to follow as per Ministry of Education & religious study is part of it.

A tabien baan is not needed

She's thai regardless of id. Her mothers nationality is not in doubt. If you want to get her a passport then just follow the local thai embassies guidelines. Thai id card is not necessary

Bring what we call a cat net, it's like a fitted sheet but a net, it's great for hooking over the buggy & cot when baby is asleep to keep bugs out. I found a stack of muslin squares invaluable, great for using as a light weight blanket, sun blocker, puke cloth etc. They are very light weight, can be washed in a sink & dry in a few minutes in the sun.
A baby carrier is better for Bangkok than a buggy, also useful on the flight for holding baby but having hands free. I would invest if you don't have one with a very light weight maclaren type umbrella buggy, one that can lay flat, these are useful for eating out & letting baby sleep.
Take Milton wipes to keep surfaces & Milton tablets for sterilization. I never found either in Thailand.
Apart from that just some light weight short style baby grows, nappies, formula, cots etc can all be found at any big Tesco. My son had a cot with mosquito netting side, so with the cat net on top he was well protected. I would also personally bring large fitted cot sheets, the local stuff tends to be a bit polyester-y(!).
Have fun

I used to give mine a little bit of calpol to help with any ear pain during take off & again at landing if on long haul. Once he got to about 2 it wasn't needed as he was able to regulate himself but for babies it can cause pain & pre-empting that helped him a lot. Also a bottle of water or a dummy (if uses one) to suck helps too.
Other than that just keep them occupied, walk around the aisles, engage them, don't just eat your meal & then conk out letting the kid run riot, as happened on one flight from Bkk to London we once took.
We were agog as the parents (!) downed a few drinks then proceeded to snore through the flight. Their 6 yo was supposed to look after the toddler I think!!!
When we got off the people around us complimented my son & our parenting, well he had slept through most of it but when awake me & Mr Boo took turns in keeping him occupied. So no tears, tantrums or dirty looks from those around us.

Multiple posts have been removed, your view on children travelling was not asked for nor needed. Neither is your view on brining children to Thailand.
If you have no proper advice to offer the op, then don't post.
The next pointless, rude, unhelpful & rude post will result in a suspension.
I hope this is clear.

Whether she has a bf or not is irrelevant, the money is to provide for the child. You can't expect her future foreign bf's to pay for your child. 10k a month will cover the basics like rent, bills & food but leaves very little else for the child.

Our IT. No one is on less than 30k and that's an entry level salary. Average 3-4 year experienced will get 50+

Size 35 isn't that small. Where are you located?
Pretty much every shoe shop I've ever been in in Bangkok stocks shoes in that size.

I personally wouldn't bring a gift. You are not a couple, her parents are not your concern. Just have the DNA test first, see the results then think about forming long relationships with the family for the benefit of the child. But until then just be polite & civil.
