I am looking to rent a house/condo long term in the central or south pattaya area.Near friendship supermarket or in that vicinity or not far from it is ideal. One bedroom with seperate living room; kitchen or kitchen facilities. Fully furnished. Good internet connection. Preferably no swimming pool.
Would consider a service apartment.
My budget is around or up to about 18,000 per month and I will sign a 1 year or more lease agreement for the right place, usual terms apply.
Availabililty now.
Anything suitable please PM to me.
Thank you.

Pattaya real estate: supply massively exceeding demand.
So I hope that owners/landlords will negotiate realistic rental prices.
Message to tenants: do not be fooled into paying nonsensically high rents!

Well Tq1 was an awful place. Not only a 'clique', but the females seemed to be mainly grandmother types. The time I went to the place I and those with me lasted barely one drink.
Does anyone know if criminal charges will be laid against the owners for the fire there?

I looked at City Gardens, and even the property agent admitted to me it was a "chicken warren" . From my research I discovered that no one with any sense wants to live there.
City Gardens, is in the same street as a place called The Urban, which is next to another new monstrocity calling itself the "Nova Avenue".
People are now calling the area:
Soi Ghetto.
