This whole case is very strange,Something is being held back and not being said yet

Over the years many cases,1 were the thai woman was at fault driving went to court too.The farang wanted the bills covered,the lady involved transferred her assets to family,after do u have money no.All assets were transferred from the accident date so when the court ask she paid nothing.He knew what happened but nothing he can do and the thai woman laughing after the court case.Other way round the farang is in trouble and pay whatever. My friend had a bike accident he admited it his fault so he paid everything.Would have being cheaper to buy her a new scooter than fix it with what she said was wrong with it.She milked it to the max and she knew it like my friend

Maybe these companies have had a issue with thais over a rental before.They set the rules just like another comment about golf courses farangs must have a caddy u can,t carry your clubs even if u could.Also the national park entry charge for farang u can not escape but thais get it cheaper we all know that.

As far as i know the rules if a farang has a company.He must employ several thais pay tax and health insurance for them. costs alot to them,they get a work permit too.They would work in the business but the rules and thais do the work they just watch.The director or directors including a thai director too i believe,that is the requirement if u want to set up a company in thaialnd

When I take a taxi in bkk always meter or no ride.All depends time and where u go of course.but if heavy traffic then the tollway saves time,or else the long way ok.Just make it clear with the taxi driver about everything before u get into the cab.Doing a runner happens but a bad look for tourist

When i see all the tours to the tourist places in bkk,I know the boat trip and others are far away and take hrs to reach.When there, the thais charge alot to enter if u don,t agree you don,t enter.Then u have to get back to the centre with the same tuk tuk and then pay more or they leave.Heard this story last year from some tourist who got caught.Let say they were well and truly scammed
