  1. This is i a goodie, a buddy asked if it will hold up, I laughed but on second thought who knows, it is Thailand !!

His misses in a huffy puff wants him to go down to the local cop shop and sign a form in English saying if he is a naughty boy in her opinion that she can leave him, take everything and he agrees to a simple divorce.

I giggled, told him to sign it, edit out the name and post it here for a good laugh, but, the Thai legal system is at best, werriod.

    Any thoughts ?

  2. Having problems getting bigger than 52.5mm condoms which just strangle.

Western standard is 54-56 with big being 56-58mm

I am just after 54mm and maybe 56mm condoms.

Would be good to have some fancy dotted or ribbed ones.

Any suggestions where to find em, standard western condoms in BKK,,, happy to pick up in Pattaya if necessary.

    Thx

  3. Misses wants to try and spend lots of dosh on boob creams.

(Already insist on skin whitening creams, I gave up saying it has to be dodgy).

Anyway, I am told that ladyboys grow boobs with this so it must work and be safe.

Anyone know what it is? I am concerned that on the off chance it does work is due to hormones which can be very dangerous (and the last thing I need is to have a hormone modified Thai missies).

    Any imput from science ?

I believe that these creams are banned in most western countries as scams, any comment ?

I feel, that if it is such a big issue, she can go buy silicon breast from a proper hospital, personally I like her perky little boobies that are in proportion with her body I am more concerned with her being effected by these creams, if they are nothing and do nothing, well she can go for it as far as I am concerned if she fells better, I am just concerned of hormones and cancerous chemicals.

    Thx

  4. I have read here but can not find that people use other cheaper drugs than these. I am looking for alternatives to discus with new doctors.

    Colesterol

I replaced Lipitor with ASTORSAN a Thai GPO generic to save cost about 6 months ago.

2 weeks after starting Lipitor about 1 year ago, I started getting daily leg cramps, they are very painfull, I was told recently when I bought the subject up that it is not related to Lipitor( Astorsan) and a rude comment about being a Google Dr was made, I got the info from the possible side effect from the info in the box. Well I basically did not return and will change Dr's that I am happy with. I want to change and try to trouble shoot what is happening with these leg cramps.

Are there alternatives to Lipitor available in Thailand?

Any alt for Madiplot (Hypertension), Although slightly high, my BP is somewhat under control now and been steadily been loosing fat at 1.4kg a month.

  5. I am looking to find a hospital close to a BTS that is not in the same expensive range as Bumagrad, Bkk Hospital, BNH ect...

Not looking for hard core specialist, but it is time for a bunch of test etc and I really should do one of those packages to make sure problems are not developing.

Does anyone have any comments on Mission, Christian or St Louis (close to BTS) or any others. I also would prefer to avoid super long waits that some hospitals seem to almost encourage.

    Also, I don't speak Thai.

    Thanks in advance people.

  6. Going to Bangkok is out of the question, to far, has anyone ever got a letter from the Imm office to tick this box.

If so, what do they require ?

How much does it cost ?

Could I just make a contract up with the friends I am staying with and they come with me if you need something from the landlord?

Funny when I go on the website's list of award winners, I don't see a silver medal or any award for a Dr. Pornanong Aramwit...

Their achievements are obviously impressive, even the socks and there are Thai prize winners on the website for the Exhibition but not those mentioned here. Strange.

I think the Nation is overstating things. On the Swiss website, the listed winners do not include the ones mentioned in the article, and the international competition was held in April.

It seems that this is a local exhibition as stated at the end of the article as follows: "Organised by the National Research Council of Thailand, it will run from June 23-26 at Impact Hall 9 at Muang Thong Thani."

Great achievements by these ladies, but highly embellished reporting by the Nation.

    Sounds fishy eh

  8. We are looking at a home loan next year or so for a small house as a base to keep the car and stuff while we spend much time abroad.

Wife has no documented income for over 5 years now, she has many pieces of land that worth that she has a habit of making money on and some small cash stall business.

She is liquidating all Thai assets except her car and house contents and sending the money abroad to buy a house in farlang-ville.

She doesn't wish to leave anything at any family houses, (and neither do a I) as it is likely to go missing.

We have recently sold our main house and now renting in a new area, renting sucks and I would prefer to have a little 2 mill B shack in Thailand as we will still spend 4 months a year here.

For her to get a loan, I have been told that the banks want at least 2 years of paper records if self employed but happy with 6 months if employed. We are setting a Thai company up in the very near future to export goods we intent to distribute abroad, is paying my wife a salary the best way to get to give the best chance of a home loan? Like pay her 50k a month and she pay tax on that etc to get the loan ? This is my main question in this post.

Can we buy a plot of land, build the house we want (or buy one) then try to get finance on a property we already own ?

Having the bank owning the house will also take pressure off greedy inlaws trying to wiggle in and taking it over as well. If they want it, they can take over the loan.
