I like the port, because I work as a sailor ST, LT I am retired
-
Just asking, or is it too far from pattaya?
-
is HGH legal in Thailand? I have never heard such a nonsense
-
i am sjust askint if the lawyer will risk his reputation to do this...
he is first the director and then he asign me as director later.
-
I need to form a company to buy house.
What is the best procedure, when to do the transfer the money.
Can i do the transfer before I become a director?
Or I need to do after I became a director.
Lawyer told me I can do before.
DO you think this is dangerous? Do i need to wait till i became director?

dudes, i am buying several properties, ok?
Yeah prime property under a bridge is it ?...
yes i bought one umbrella and plastic bed on the beach, i will easily rent it out to some desperate broke chaps here ha ha
Sounds like it's already occupied.
yes you paid me 5000 bht, waterr is free and the condoms floating in water
Just dont get some of the posters here, they are so negative and full of envy. I am asking honest questions so I am not making any mistake.
So if you are renting a small condo, it is not my problem, adress your frustration to the right direction
I really dont care, forums are build so people can post and ask questions, but who cares, why am i even writing this .........

I am thinking how much would it cost me to completely redo the toilet. It is usual size toilet.
But I want to change tiles, put new sink in, make new shower,
can you do the whole thing for like 20000 bht?
-
well just today i found out that the village people dont want to pay for security any more, so there will be no more security in that village.
Not good at all. So I am skipping buying a house in that village.

I just need to do a large conversion from EUR and the EUR is at its lowest. Dammit!!!!
When I first came to Thailand, EUR was around 50 BHT.
And when I convert the EUR will jump back up to like 43 for sure
I am so angry now

Radi, if you don't have a bank account, how did you buy your house? The one you are scared to leave in case you get burgled?
+1
But I reckon, most "ladies" have a valid account, just in case, somebody has to send money for her sick mom/dad/water buffalo.
I am sure, they will be very, very helpful, if it comes to a house purchase...
But to be serious, I had good experiences with Bangkok Bank.
Years ago, a three months tourist visa was enough, to open an account.
yes i need account for take care (special gold account) you know what I mean right?
joking,
in bkk it was impossible to open the bank account, but in pattaya i guess no problem
do you also know if they have a special safe where you can keep passport or somthing so nobody will knick it from my house?
-
sometimes we need 2 accounts, one only for massage inc
-
what is Thanachart i have never heard about this bank?maybe they keep the money in socks
-
i have tourist visa only 6 month valid I am from EU
-
Yea, insurance turned up and took photographic evidence etc - they dealt with everything and were brilliant!
I have a problem though as I was slightly over the limit from the night before. I had no idea the limit was so low as I was driving the following morning. I would never drink and drive and this came as a huge shock to me.
As they know I was over the limit, they are trying to extort me.
you see you should never go into the car. You were probably uber waisted the night before and now the shit happens. I hope nobody else gets hurt when you are driving drunk

Which bank is generous enough to give me one?
I dont have working permit though. I need a bank in Pattaya

Viriah insurance on Sukhumvit.
Some of their Call-Center staff speak english.
is that per month of per year?
I believe that's per year my friend.

Is that true? Maybe a lot of people are staying in condos?

I rent a condo now and the old guy who owns it showed me gun shot in his neck, he was shot like 10 years ago, so he said, he will never buy a house again, he had a house near khao noi soi, not sure where but on dark side
Check the security of the village you are interested in, is it huge and difficult to guard? My village have app 100 houses which I find perfect, no too small and not too big, 4 guards at night, two at each gate so 1 or 2 can patrol the village now and again. Try to get a house in the "middle" so you don't have any parameter wall on your land.
The more people living in your house the lesser change for a break in, some of the houses here have maybe 10 people living in them, a burglar is in for a big surprise if he attempt one of them (baseball bat treatment).
Sure a condo will be more safe, only one door, windows/balcony hard to access the higher floor you are on.
Having a family here; a condo is not an option for me, I can't afford a +200 M2 condo. We also have one car & 2 motorbikes in the house hold. Check bike forum, one posters friend got his brand new Honda PCX nicked parked at the condo parking lot, not very likely to happen in a village (we never bother locking the bikes at night here).
I sleep very good at night by the way.
the security is really bad, o see only one guy and the village has two exits.. The guy is like 80 yo.
