Yes, that was my last 30 day extension.

Hi,Very silly of me but I've had a few issues with family back in home.My 3 entry tourist visa expires tomorrow. I'm based in Pattaya and was waiting for the forms for my Education VISA to come through.. They may arrive tomorrow if I'm extremely lucky but I doubt it.I did think my VISA expired on the 14th for some strange reason but it's actually the 12th....Any ideas on what I can do?Leave the country and get an extension?I'm in Pattaya and not sure which is easiest..

I've never done this before - I usually go home after 90 days. I've got a 3 entry 60 day tourist visa, and I've extended it by 30 days here in Samui... those 30 days are nearly up...

Does anyone have any recommendations?

I stay at Canterbury Tales Cafe and Bookshop, great location, plenty of tourists and ex-pats like me as regulars, more books than you could read in 5 lifetimes, used books and all the Thailand reads.

Will I need a moped to get around Pattaya? In Samui transport was pretty necessary. I only want to be near the beach and a decent club!

Just wondering if anyone could suggest a few places for me to stay in Thailand.. I've been before but only to Samui..

My friends found me an room, with en suite toilet.. wifi etc.. for 8000 THB... (£160).. per month...

But I'm thinking I should maybe try other areas out if it's possible to get roughly that price...

I only want a simple lifestyle for the moment (I'm actually writing a book!) but would still like tourism to be around me to a degree!

Any advice appreciated

Trying to find a flight around £350 you see..

But my 3 entry tourist VISA expires.. 3rd March....

I only used that 3 entry tourist visa for the first 60 days, then extended it in Thailand for 30, then came home.

I'm from England, English citizien...

What do you recommend I do? Wait til March 3rd and apply for another?

I'd like to fly at the start of March of Mid-March to be honest.. but I guess I will have to base everything around the VISA application....

Any ideas?

It's valid til march i think.. annoyingly sent it to get stamped for another country then realised i want to go back to thailand.

I went over the Thailand in september.. on a 3 entry non-immigrant visa.. i'm from england.. i let the 60 days expire and extended it 30 days.. and left in december... so i was there exactly 90 days.... i'm back in england now, can i arrive in thailand now and reactivate (so to speak) it for another 60 days?

i basically miss thailand so much and need to be back!!!

Sneaky little trick! Never thought of it before.. so always ask the man with your name card where he is meant to be taking you..

Ok brilliant.. it really isn't simple though - I could find no official website for all of this. Had to find out by asking people.

I will assume I can do this on Thurs, Fri and Sat then.. hope it doesn't mess up!

Worst time for me!

Bad floods in Koh Samui and I'm hearing that Friday is National day off which means Thai immigrations offices abroad are apparently closed.

Going to drive to Ranong tomorrow, thing is my friend is going to have to wait for me has he has just got his Thai visa updated last week... does anyone know how long it will take me?

I'm just wondering if the one day run will give me 60 days.

Just seeing if I can drive this in a day.. any ideas on cost?
