also, it’s quite common for teaching licenses being waivered for YEARS and the teacher being permitted to teach. Try seeing if you can get a waiver for a drivers license.

Isaan is doing quite well, the markets are very busy, Makro is still busy but Tesco Lotus was down a bit. Even our local bars are surviving, although many customers are stuck overseas. Oil workers who support their Thai families!
