Applications for Visas must be made between 09:00 and 10:00 AM Mon-Friday, pickups of visas in passports are ONLY from 13:00 to 14:00 hours. Tourist visas take 3 business days and Non-B visas (and others) take 5 business days. Since Wednesday is a holiday, Coronation Day, Non-B applicants if you arrive Monday it will be the next week you get it. I almost got screwed from Wednesday being a Thai holiday but the airline let it slide and bumped my flight from Friday to Sunday, no charge. I am amazed and baffled delighted at that.
