I have been going to BPH for dential treatment for 12 years and would highly recommend. Had root canal treatment and crown fitted. One big plus is they keep your dental records and that is the first thing the dentist looks at on the screen before the start any treatment (even a clean and polish). Normaly they take an full mouth xray on your first visit, only about 300 Bht it will then be available to check as a permanant reference.

Some people have a problem with paying 220 bht for the small medical check of blood pressue and weight. This is to ensure you are in a fit condition to have treatment.

If you go out and re-enter you have to go to immigration to do next 90 day when due. Cannot do online.

Online 90 Day just got rejected:

Incorrect entry date upon entry into the kingdom/ Incorrect visa expiration date.

They are both 100% correct and stamped in passport

You can do online reporting between 15 and 7 days before it is due, provided that you have an up to date TM30 stapled in your passport. If you not, it will bounce back. You will need to go to immigration with house book to reconfirm address before 90 Day, so allow time.

I am quite happy to do my TM30, 90 Day and Non Immigrant O extension.  It is no big deal, unless you don't have the 800k and need an agent.

You are correct, the juristic only has to register the non payment with the land office and the property cannot be transfered if sold until the lien is cleared. Not sure if interest payments are added, but at the end of the day it will be payable if the want to sell.

Mabye some one should explain to the Thailand Tourist Authority that the large amount of tourists the are attempting to attract from the Middle East are not homosexual or transexual as at home they would be stoned to death.
