Hey,
Does anyone with crazy internet skills know how I could find someone who works at Twitter?
Preferably customer service.
Cheers.

I typed watchawaree Chiang Mai into google and got nothing.

I wear jeans all the time.
jeans for me. period.
As long as you're comfortable, who cares?
I know I couldn't wear jeans, but I see plenty of people that do.
It must get hot though, right? Unless your in Pai during cold season at night.

I want something baggy like this guy is wearing at exactly 1 minute.
I figured elephant or fisherman pants were the closest thing.

Do you endlessly slam others to bolster your self esteem? Seriously, an article of clothing inspires such scorn? you got issues. It appears that they are preferred by Stateless expats, who lack the funds to make a trip to where they came from occasionally, and pick up some decent clothes. Also, a number of trashpackers, on the accelerated road to poverty wear them. Guess who is going to be the first to piss in the bottle, when the BiB show up?
Leave him alone.
He hates his life, so don't kick him when he's down.

just any that tend to go in that general direction.
I don't want to flag down one that is going somewhere completely different.

But where do you find these fisherman pants?
What kind of shops?
We don't live near the sea and there are no fishing villages to wander around.
Are they at the night bazar? Better quality shops?

Yes, finy. Suggest 9am. Should be ok. Also suggest NOT wearing wife-beater shirt.
Haha yeah, I keep clothes for official things.
Any idea where you catch songthews from to Promenada near Thape Gate?
-
Hey, just a quick question if anyone can help.
I need to get a 30 day extension on my tourist visa soon.
Should I turn up at this Promenada shopping center with my passport?
Thank you.

Do you mean flip flops?

I have found the dark blue traditional farmers pants (I would never wear any of the pants with designs) to be quite comfortable. But yes, very informal, one step up from wearing a pakama. The trick is learning how to properly tie the knot in front, a skill few Farangs take the time to master. But once the correct knot is mastered, the pants fit quite securely.
Do you know where one could purchase these?
They look a lot better and just as comfortable.
Cheers for the suggestion.

Winnie - agreed, it's a popular name most people should understand, but there is always Google. I managed to find some pretty easily at the mall.
Umbanda - yeah, seen the site before, pretty cool idea.
Thanks everyone else for your replies.

They look so comfortable.

Hey,
Just wondering if Thai women like getting beaten up?
Only joking!
I'm after some wife beaters, preferably the stretchy kind. Just the really plain and basic ones you would get somewhere like TopMan back home.
Want to buy a bunch of them so I don't need to think about what to wear every day.
Everything at the markets etc are all baggy and loose, so I'm thinking their might be a shop somewhere that sells them. Don't really care about quality because I'll just replace them when needed, but don't want to go through the process of getting them sent over from UK because they're out of my size right now.
Can anyone help?
Cheers

I'm going to head up to CM soon, and I'll get a train if I can access the Internet on the journey.
Does anyone know if this will be possible?

I have 3 bank accounts in Thailand, but they've probably been sitting empty for more than a year now.
I read BB requires you to have 1k in bank for card fees.
I'm about to move back next week and can replenish accounts, but just wondering if they'll still be operational.
Cheers

Just under a few hours is fine, unless I've been drinking.

Does the casino buses have a toilet on board?
I can't imagine a 6 hour drive in a mini bus is fun.
Perhaps the train is a better option (for someone who automatically needs a pee just because he sits down on a bus )

Does anyone know where you can buy heavy duty iPad cases in BKK for the iPad mini?
I quite like the look of that Otterbox case, but I'm open to anything.
If you know any that are waterproof that would be cool too.
Doesn't even need to be one that has to be kept on all the time, but I need one to throw iPad in my bag without expecting it to break.
Cheers

No flips and tricks with that.

Looks like iStudio is back on because Cambodia don't even have any 64gbs left in the country.
What a shambles, how can it be so hard to buy an iPad?
-
Thanks.
I was going to buy from iStudio in Bangkok.
Never mind, I'm just going to get the 3 because I can't be bothered waiting another month.
Does anyone know the location of this shop?
in Chiang Mai
