I just use a low wooden chair now pretty easy to get the bike on and off it once you get used to it.

how high is the chair you have ? i have a chair/steps 16 inches but cannot lift the bike onto it by pulling up on the sub-frame on the side-stand.... think this is about the right height if you want to drop off the wheels ?? i got a puncture last week and ended up using a paddock stand which was a disaster, eventually got the wheel back on by deflating the tire and using a smaller stool for support

just picked it up from shop with Win 7 home premium, seems to be running alot better, just copied 14 gb from a usb stick without any probs, would definately have jammed up with the last version... He also cut back on all the addtional programs he installed last time so maybe this also helps although no anti-virus installed either.. will download one later..

Bought this a couple of months back and is driving me nuts... Keeps crashing/freezing if you attempt to do more than one thing at a time. Mrs has one as well which seems to be ok although she normally only has 1 or 2 internet pages open.... I am running windows 7 pro and she has windows home, going to take it back to shop today but wondering if it would be better to install Windows 7 Home opposed to Pro ?....or is it a waste of time re-installing windows and this is just the way these things work ?. Anyone else have same issues with these 'mini' books ? specs seem decent enough CPU is Atom 1.86 ghz with 2 gb memory ?

Man im so dissapointed with the sound the bike gives. The bike rides like a dream, suspension in front and back are great but without sound there is no feeling. I knew i should have bought a 2 stroke KTM bike.

Was thinking the same thing, unless you have it wide open sounds like a wet fart ... although still great fun and i want a relatively maintenance free bike anyone know where you can get different sprockets for these, first and second gear seem all wrong to me ??..or does the warranty cover clutch replacement ?

Check out the calendar section on www.Bira.co.th for track availablity on Mondays (which is reserved for bikes) or Sundays which is half day... always a few farangs around if you have any questions.

Just show up on your bike, drop tire pressures and hit the track for 1200 Bath...

picked mine up yesterday, drove it back and tbh i did expect a little more poke from a 250 ..had it back in the house and.was thinking i'd made a mistake buying it but took it out on some back roads and off-road trails and this bike is mega fun as long as you keep blipping through the gears...can't wait to get it out again tomorrow morning for some fun !!

Ok, just payed 135 k all in ... got it from the shop on the small slip road, left side, top of Pattaya Klaneg going onto Sukumvit ...

Checked another dealer on Sukumvit across from Kwasakai shop and was 136 k plus 6 k transfer so 135k seems to be the best price atm...

Also priced the KLX 250 which was 152 k , i asked how much cash and she said 162 k ....

i should be there, black/green K7.... must stop drinking beer now

edit.... just put the fairings and sticker kit on the K7, looks like a brand new bike so i think i'll be keeping it. will probably be selling a low millage 03' ZX6R road bike next week, (not my track ZX6RR in my avatar if anyone knows me )...

what FOODLOVER said.... my wife is a dog nut and as well as our own dogs she always taking some stray to that place ... they also do house calls as they came round to our place today to give our 3 dogs some kind of vacinations..... lots of vets will just keep churning out pills & potions but this place seems to be pretty good !!

Noticed the clutch slips a little under hard accelartion especially if i have a heavy load on the back, not noticable under easy driving but obviously somethings wrong.. anyone know what bill i'm looking at when i go to the Isuzu dealer ? truck is 2006 with about 55k .

Went to Red Baron once for some bits for an RVF and thought they were ok, have a small warehouse out the back full of spares which seemed to be catalogged pretty good.. only problem for me is that is too far from Pattaya .

Get all my stuff on ebay stores, mostly from the states which works out ok but that can go wrong as well, just picked up a set Gilles swingarm lifters yesterday and turns out they have sent totally wrong product (some kind of swingarm protectors)
