My father owned rental properties. We would spend every weekend renovating a vacant unit. That particular unit in Patayya would be considered an easy job. At least the trash had been collected. A window screen can be fixed in half an hour & a new door hung in half an hour as well. We would have been happy to have a project that could be done in a day or two.

My issue is I am a member of an LTD company in the USA. It isn't clear if the $ is considered passive or non-passive, as according to America the money is not considered a salary.
