Aren't these gps monitors easy to disengage (cut a wire or pull the battery)?

And in the end the Trump brand name will be synonymous with the stuff your cat buries.

Barr also has full control over SDNY. ????
Not true. It's called the SOVEREIGN Southern District of New York. Barr can offer guidance but they aren't beholden to follow said guidance.

I have a bit more confidence in the public to be able to see the difference between opinion, "newsertainment" and objective reporting.
ABSOLUTELY DISAGREE! The majority of Americans have been brainwashed (intentionally) to be very polar. This divides the country and makes it easily controlled. Example: The Mueller report specifically stated it did NOT exonerate the president of crimes. There was evidence that showed he DID commit crimes but not enough rope to hang him. Some of the first words out of Trump's mouth were "I am completely exonerated." There will be people like me who really hate this president's policies and know his behavior IS criminal, and others who will attack me and say Trump is completely innocent even though time and time again evidence has been shown to the contrary. People have lost the skill of critical thinking and now take sides based on emotion rather than evidence.

Does some form of barrier need to be built? Yes. Too many folks on the border, too many credible people on the front have said so. Is THIS the right way to go about it? Of COURSE not! Trump is a divider, he bludgeons his way into making enemies. Before this whole mess started, MORE than what he was asking had already been allocated. Then he pissed off the wrong people (shock!) and now this is the mess we're in. So SICK of this nonsense!

I do believe Trump said quite clearly "Release the whole report."

We all knew this would be after Cohen's testimony. Barr has full control of the information that will be released to the public. A Democratic congress will make political noise to get their hands on the full report, and bickering will continue so as to keep the American people distracted from the thievery going on behind the scenes.
And the Southern District of New York bides its time while the clock ticks down . . .

Don't forget - they also keep us distracted from the REAL atrocities being committed on either side of the aisle.

I'm going to get the ฿800,000 transferred to my Thai Bangkok Bank branch in Jomtien soon enough to satisfy 2 months but not 3 months of seasoning. Has anyone had any personal experience of Jomtien refusing an extension of stay based on only 2 months seasoning? This will NOT be my first extension of stay.

I tried watching "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" one time. Couldn't stand more than a minute of it, and pity the folks who DO watch it. There have been 15 seasons of this crap poisoning already challenged minds, and it's just one of many such shows. No wonder this world is going to hell in a handbag.

Though not perfect I only plan to hold 300k +- to equal the the 800k annually n use the monthly transfers for expenses.
Anyone have a better idea can’t wait to hear it?
I recently read from another member Jomtien immigration will NOT accept this method. It's EITHER the full 800,000 OR the full 65,000 monthly. It's too much bother to try and figure out any type of combination and they just plain refuse to do it, as busy as they are.

I am ashamed of myself. I started to chuckle when I read the headline so naturally I had to satisfy my morbid curiosity and clicked on the link. I feel I have been sufficiently punished by having wasted as much time on it as I did.

Don't bring your car. Driving here is dangerous enough without driving from the wrong side of the vehicle. You run the chance of tariffs any time you bring in anything. I brought in a bicycle I had honestly purchased in Thailand, brought to the states for an extended stay, them brought back. I had a devil of a time convincing them I bought it in Pattaya. You can most likely get any tools or electronic gadgets here. DO bring a positive attitude and make up your OWN mind from your OWN experience after you've been here. Thailand isn't for everybody, and you'll find out soon enough if you and Thailand are a good fit.

Just now, Nyezhov said:Which ones? Show me one person who has been found to have "colluded" with Russia in conjunction with Presdient Trump.
I replied with words and pictures. I can't make it any more clear. You just don't WANT to see the truth.

You could throw darts at the Washington phone book and find 34 folks to indict for something.
No collusion. Confront that like a man.
There WAS collusion in some of those indicted. When your man-child god says "No collusion" he means only himself. Admit the truth like a man!
Collusion: secret or illegal cooperation or conspiracy, especially in order to cheat or deceive others.

A nothing burger with 34 indictments, 6 of which were former Trump aides. That ain't no laughing matter.

I was in the U.S. Navy many moons ago. EVERY time we were about to pull into a foreign port, all us young bucks were mustered up and reminded we were ambassadors of our country and WE were the foreigners. It's their country, we adhere to their rules and regulations or pull up stakes and leave. I left Thailand a few years back - I'd had it with all their nonsense. I was back in 6 months with a new appreciation. The Philippines has lousy infrastructure, Cambodia is a cesspool getting overrun with Chinese casinos, and so on. Now, these are MY opinions, and are my reasons to continue putting up with Thailand's rules. That and the really cute girls. I had to do some scrambling to come up with the necessary cash and don't begrudge it at all. Being a foreigner complaining about a sovereign nation's decisions won't make you happy nor win you any friends.

Obviously. But surely better to self-regulate and avoid the need for treatment.
Not for all. I used to volunteer at a rehab center. This one young woman wanted the monkey off her back in the worst way - you could see it in her eyes! But self regulation was not an option for her.
