They can import meat products if they have a permit from FDA. This is issued in Thailand only It given to certain exporters of meat from Australia who meet certain standards at the meat processing plant in Australia. None are issued to individuals. That is why it is illegal for passengers to import meat into Thailand 

Wise is now 23.07 was 23.76 last Thursday and 23.42 this morning.

Immigration are closed on Christmas day this year as it is a Sunday.

They will be shut on the 30 and again on Monday 2nd January. So 4 days no banks or Immigration.

Yesterday 01/12/2022 there was a huge storm in the center of Phayao. I was near Anuban School when it hit at about 1500. It lasted for 45 minutes. Big winds and rain. There was damage at the school. They have tents where the children wait for their parents. Theys were blown over. I live about 6 kms from the school and there was some rain and wind. Today it was fine and hot at the school and when we got home it had rained. Very isolated but yesterday that storm about the 3rd strongest storm I have seen in the last 11 years since I have lived here

i believe that they have to register at the hospital before they can access the 30 baht scheme. I  have been told that it can only be registered  at one hospital at a time. i hope this helps

Can a car be registered IN the name of a minor?

Yes it can. The car was the exs name and would not transfer it to me. The local DLT allowed it to be transferred to my son who was 9 at the time..
