Try using ther website and not the app. On the website it is at the bottom of the choices. I usually have to scroll down to find it.

I actually live in Mae Tam and this morning at about 0640 the water was partialy covering the left lane of highway 1 near the junction with 1193. I was heading towards Mueng Phayao which is about 105 km south of Chiang Rai.
