Actually Austrac has details of all amounts you send overseas. You buy a $5 product in Australia from overseas or send $100 to Thailand. It shows up. The $10000 limit relates to deposits of cash to your account in Australia.
You are are wrong in part. As i have stated all money transferred OS or into your account from OS is reported to Austrac. The $10,000 is only limited to passengers who are departing or arriving. Austrac is only for money being exported or imported

Good storm today in Phayao. I live on the western side of the lake. We had rain at about 1400 for about 10 minutes. I thought small but good. At about 1450 a storm hit with wind and rain. We lost power for almost 2 hours but good rain. It is not normal for storms in March in our area. Hopefully the smoke might disappear for a couple of days.

AFL: Sydney Swans table four-year offer to forward prodigy Logan McDonald as he weighs up future
Sydney is willing to give forward prodigy Logan McDonald a four-year extension as it plans for life after superstar Lance Franklin.
News Corp reported in February that McDonald was the sole top-six pick from the 2020 AFL draft yet to re-sign beyond his automatic two-year rookie contract.
Sydney’s bold bid to retain the West Australian even took McDonald’s agent, Ben Williams, of Players Ink, by surprise, as seen in Stan’s new documentary, Show Me The Money, released on March 10.
But McDonald, who kicked nine goals in seven games in his debut season, and Williams appear underwhelmed at the potential remuneration in an off-season discussion that includes McDonald’s father, Darren.
Williams described the proposal as “probably not what we were expecting”, which McDonald, 19, agreed with then followed up with: “I don’t think it’s a bad offer.”
“The Swans are very keen to extend Logan,” Williams said.
“It’s quite unusual to get a four-year offer as your first extension, but we believe we know where he’s going to get to and it’s my job to make sure that he’s locked in for the right price for that.
“It’s really good in the sense you’ve got some security should you take it, but you’ve got to figure out how much better you’re going to get, because you don’t necessarily want to be locked in for four years if you’re going to do this.
“Because if he signs a deal, then he outperforms that contract by a lot, that’s my worst nightmare.”
The Crows’ bid on Western Bulldogs Next Generation Academy prospect Jamarra Ugle-Hagan at No.1 in McDonald’s draft class before nabbing local product Thilthorpe.
But they did contemplate picking McDonald, with at least part of their decision to overlook him believed to be because there was some fear he would return to WA at some point.
“We’ll keep talking to the Swans and being a gun key forward – they don’t come around too often– they’re always in demand,” Williams said.
“The two clubs in WA need that sort of player as well, so Logan will always have the option to go home should he choose to.”
Williams believes McDonald is in “a great spot”, given Franklin just turned 35 and is entering the final season of his nine-year megadeal.
But a fascinating conversation followed between player and agent, starting with Williams asking the No.4 draft pick how many games he expected to play in 2022.
McDonald: “Hopefully 20, but I think my position in the team’s a tricky one because I don’t ruck and ‘Bud’ (Franklin)’s there.”
Williams: “No, you’re in a good position there, Loges. You’re happy there?”
McDonald: “Yeah, I’m happy. Very happy.”
Williams: “We’re planning on you being the No.1 (forward) but does that happen next year or does it happen the year after?”I hope he stays at the Swans.

What do you mean it's only for passengers? Thought I already said that $10,000 is the limit to transfer from my bank in Australia to my bank in Thailand. It's set in stone, but the crazy thing is I can transfer $10000 every day, as long as I pay the $18 transfer fee.
I was talking about Austrac reports. This is the reporting of money transferred from Australia to OS. The government requires all money transferred by bank or other institutions to be reported to Austrac. If a passenger takes money out of the country it has to be $10,000 or more before a report is made. I was not talking about the limits on banks

You can transfer what ever amount you want, over 10,000 has to be reported to the government - guess if you did it too often a flag would be raised and questions asked.
You are wrong. Any amount transferred OS creates an Austrac report. The $10,000 limit is only for passengers.

I received my booster on 12/01/2022. This was at Muang Phayoa Amphur. There was Moderna also available for free that day. I initially got in the wrong line and saw Moderna line labeled. I have had 3 Pfizer shots.

Related question - where did he buy his driving license (if he has one).
Ultimate point - Does he even know the traffic law saw - must stop when pedestrian about to cross/while crossing/until pedestrian is on the footpath on the others side of the road.
Many of my Thai outer circle feamily members are 99% ignorant/have no knowledge of all the road rules. Plus some will say 'I don't believe there should be any road rules so I do whatever I want'.
A took took driver in Chiang Mai should know what a red/green light means. It is a tourist destination. In non tourist parts of Thailand what you say is probably true.

I used to go holidays at times on Norfolk Island in the middle of the pacific ocean. About 6000 residents. They asked your profession on arrival card and I wondered why. One trip I asked a local official and he said sometimes they needed specialised work on the island and sometimes they called upon visitors to help.
Norfolk Island is only 1000km from Australia. That is not in the middle of the Pacific. It also a part of Australia.

Go and see your local department of health. Take your certificate and your passport. If you do not speak Thai take a friend who speaks both languages. Good luck

I have never been a fan of Joe Daniher. Great mark at 1/2 time but what a stupid move. Hand off as the siren goes. I am very glad the Swans rejected him. I liked the comment calling him a smart A.... I call my son a South Australian when he is a Smart A.... Sorry Scea
