First , I like to express my support for you. I feel your frustration! I talked with my resident expert on Thai people. She explained this is ordinary for some Thais to get angry and act in this manner.Some Thais commit murder over road rage. She also said if the Perp paid your hospital bills and damaged motorbike , thats about all the satisfaction you’re gonna get .her opinion. The more I live here and see this kind of behavior (hit & run ,road rage) without being charged criminally , makes me very very uncomfortable . Best of luck to you
