That's what ATMs are for innit?
I haven't used ATM's or cash for more than 6 months in Thailand. No need when there is cards and apps. I have now added a local debit card to True Money Wallet, so I'm good! 💵

They have never allowed the use of any debit cards!
Yes, via TueMoney app.

I meant what does it cost the vendor, not the customer. 😁😁😁
Nothing, zero fee, if the vendor has PromptPay connected to a private bank account.
I guess it could be a small fee for the vendor if it's a business bank account connected.

Since when has 7-11 accepted payment through a Revolut debit card when 7-11s do not accept debit cards?
Revolut was accepted and worked well via TrueMoney App until April 24, when suddenly Truemoney blocked use of foreign debit cards without notice.

How much of a discount did you get? I usually buy mine from Apple due to better return policy and customizable options, but if the retailer's discount is big enough, might as well look for a sale with them next time

There is no discounts on M3. None. Nada.

Here is what I got:

Why would I do that? I just asked him a question about the "Home" button that I couldn't find.
What model of keyboard do you have?

Hi George, Can I just download this app on my phone? Is it easy to use/top up?
Yes, easy after you have been approved with ID etc. Download it to your phone from your Appstore and try it.

They accept cards for over 200 baht, foreign credit cards works there still
the only reason to use true money app linked with credit card is to circumvent their not accepting cards for purchases below 200 baht
And to pay for 7-Eleven delivery, as I like to pay with app, not with cash..

My foreign card was blocked on the PEA app. I need to pay at the 7-11 now.
Thanks for info.
Seems like foreign cards are frowned upon everywhere in the country now. What could be the reason?

Revolut is great. Multiple accounts in any currency you like. Instant creation of electronic debit cards and link to any currency. Make 'burner' cards for one-time online purchases.
Add a card to Google Wallet.
So to answer the question - tap my phone. 😄😄
TrueMoney has also blocked Revolut on April 24.

Breadcrumbs can only take you back one level. Back button is much more use and works fine.
The breadcrumbs on this site has several levels.

What is the benefit of truemoney? I don't see one.
For me it's cash or when necessary, credit or debit cards only. I don't use anything else.
How do you pay at 7-Eleven if you don't have cash and no TrueMoney app?

If you are using a foreign Credit or Debit card in your TrueMoney Wallet account, you may have noticed that TrueMoney suddenly has blocked connecting foreign cards since April 24, 2024.
TrueMoney Wallet phone support says today that only Thailand issued cards can be connected to the True Money Wallet account. I have used a foreign card for years without problem until recently.
My best guess: A new regulation from Revenue Department or maybe Bank of Thailand to stop foreigners using international cards due to tax issues or money laundry concerns.
To shop in 7-Eleven stores or delivery is getting more and more difficult. Cash only preferred, it seems, especially for foreigners. 😡
What do you think?

So now you tell me to delete them but before you say the forum relies on them. WTF ?
Are you using any security software like Norton or similar on your PC?
Can you please login with your mobile and tell me if it forgets your login credentials after a session or not?

Delete them, and a fresh set will be stored in your browser.

Try the 'Home' keyboard button, works for me.
Although things have got quicker i'm still having speed problems with returning to a previous page using the return arrow in the top left of a page.
Never use back button on a forum, it's not designed for that. Use the breadcrumbs instead.
