The wife has sold bout 5 of these to foreigners who just wanna rent the land. The guys delivers the house & when you want to move, you contact him and he takes it down again. The property is always yours. Regarding sewage and such, all installed in a day at sight and not expensive. ????
If you want to quit THailand, she will sell the house for you and get a sizeable portion of your money back. It's a win-win and they look great and are extrememly practical. ????

Only six years late! ???? Well done Sino-Thai Engineering.
Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction was founded in 1962 by Chaowarat tycoon Charnvirakul, the father of current public health minister Anutin Charnvirakul. Anutin himself sat on the executive board from 1995 to 2004. He also owned shares in the company until his appointment to the Cabinet in 2019.
Who wuda thunk ! ????

Definition of misunderstanding
1: a failure to understand : MISINTERPRETATIONThe instructions were carefully written to prevent misunderstanding.
2: QUARREL, DISAGREEMENTan unfortunate misunderstanding between two old friends
It's right up there with 'borrowed from a friend' & 'the brakes didn't work' ????

It's clear that a link to the page on the website by this newspaper, is too much to ask for! ????

And the people who attended such events in premises with no licences, what happens to them?
It is clear that they knew about their illegality and because they are government officials, then it makes it even worse!
Any action against these people????
Let me answer for you - Noooooooooooooooo. ????

The province where I live shows 1 infection on the various sites, but in reality, there are 50 at last count. That should give you an idea of the actual numbers.
All were brought back from Bangkok during Songkran. Well done Thai Gov. ????

One can only assume that they were shamed into fixing it by the negative stories in the press and the internet.

Rajabaht, that's just a waste of a life.
If it's the only Uni in your province, then that is what's available.
As long as I don't have to deal with Krusapa again, all the better.

Even better, put in-class teaching behind you and teach online. Better money and minimal stress ???? The best decision I made several years ago.
Doing the same, but continuing the class work as well.
Taking the easy Uni money and when that runs out - full time online. ????

Anyone here with experience switching from a secondary school to a university? Was it difficult?
Much easier and less stress.
Go for it & put all that TCT nonsense behind you.
Good luck.

BEIJING (AP) — In a rare admission of the weakness of Chinese coronavirus vaccines, the country’s top disease control official says their effectiveness is low and the government is considering mixing them to give them a boost.
Just place them beside the bomb detectors and the airship.

The incineration of these drugs will take place at Akkhie Prakan Public Company Limited, located in Bang Pu Industrial Estate in Samut Prakan. The drugs will be put into a 1,200-degree Celsius incinerator, equipped with a US EPA certified emission treatment system, to ensure no impacts on the environment.
That's smart - disclosing the location of said drugs.
Anyone out there that would like to pull off a heist - just turn up. ????
