Same when i arrived monday went to L for my hotel and was told to go to A then told go and sit down,absolute chaos,

I come back  next week,hotel, pcr and transport 3,900 baht, insurance 1,760 baht for 30 days,

After June they surposed to end the test and go scam,if you come before have a look at asq.in.th has plenty of info on insurance and hotels,cheers
