  1. The Chairmen Of The Board with Give Me Just A Little More Time off of their '70 self-titled debut.
  2. Johnny and Edgar Winter performing Tobacco Road at the Olympic Auditorium in L.A. on March 7, '70. It's always interesting to read the comments for some personal perspective to the music. Brad McCormick Edgars voice is incredible... as good as Johnnys guitar. I can only imagine what it was like to be in their house growing up as kids. I've been playing since 1964 and John was my idol. Most people don't know that Edgar was voted best sax player for many years by Playboy mag... and he's an incredible keyboardist. God rest you Johnny. Patrick Milloy I was 15 when I was fortunate enough to catch this show. Mountain had just finished their set. Johnny & Edgar were now up while we waited for Frank Zappa to come on. When he did, we were treated to much of the Hot Rats album. I couldn't have asked more for my $4 admission fee. 15 years old, LOL. Probably sold some bud to get the 4 bucks, LOL.
  3. Elston Gunn performing He Was A Friend Of Mine at the Finjan Club in Montreal on 2 July '62.
  4. The Pretty Things with their progressive '67 single Deflecting Grey.
  5. Otis Taylor with an awesome interpretation of the '62 penned Billy Roberts classic Hey Joe. Set to some retro photos, a few of which are edible.
  6. From the vid description: Rare 8mm footage of Rory and his band as they toured Japan in 1974, filmed by Rory's brother Donal. The live footage and audio come from the 27th January show in Nagoya, live footage courtesy of Megumi Manzaki.
  7. Great fictional movie based on the real boats that rocked in the North Sea back in the 60's.
  8. Short interview snippets put to a live performance of Monkey Man at Madison Square Garden in 2003.
  9. Stray Cat Blues from '68. Wonderful example of Watt's drumming.
  10. One of my favourite songs growing up, Paint It Black from '66.
  11. Next time I hear rolling thunder I'll be imagining it's coming from Charlie Watts. RIP. Machine gun rat-a-tat-tats on Get Off Of My Cloud from '65.
