  1. There have been instances of parents reading from some of the books at school board meetings and the pictures and language were so graphic that the school board members wouldn't allow the parents to continue reading. Where have you been, Chomper? Or do you agree that these books belong in schools for children as young as 6. A time in their lives were the are most prone to influence without understanding that influence. Would you be in favour of having any of this material read to your kids at that young age? https://duckduckgo.com/?q=sexual+books+in+school&atb=v314-1&iax=images&ia=images
  2. No retribution but there certainly needs to be accountability. If there's no consequence for criminal activity then it will just continue. MAGA candidates are focused on making sure accountability happens.
  3. Disputing Trump, Barr says no widespread election fraud Disputing Trump, Barr says no widespread election fraud WASHINGTON (AP) — Disputing President Donald Trump’s persistent, baseless claims, Attorney General William Barr declared Tuesday the U.S. Justice Department has uncovered no evidence of widespread voter fraud that could change the outcome of the 2020 election. Barr’s comments, in an interview with the The Associated Press, contradict the concerted effort by Trump, his boss, to subvert the results of last month’s voting and block President-elect Joe Biden from taking his place in the White House. Barr told the AP that U.S. attorneys and FBI agents have been working to follow up specific complaints and information they’ve received, but “to date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election.” https://apnews.com/article/barr-no-widespread-election-fraud-b1f1488796c9a98c4b1a9061a6c7f49d Again, what investigations? Other than Barr claiming what he's claiming in general he provided no evidence of any of the investigations or their details to my knowledge. People can say anything they want as long as they know they don't have to back it up.
  4. History will be in the making this midterm sending a strong rejection to the Dems. The important quote from the article: "Moylan is the second Republican elected to the post since Congress created it in 1972."
  5. Sorry, but Barr and the DOJ did no such thing. Do you have links to any of their investigations?
  6. If only one viewpoint of an issue is allowed then that's hardly reputable. Nor is it unbiased. Truth becomes whatever one side determines it to be. If that's what you accept then that's what I reject.
  7. No, it has nothing to do with inflation, falling wages, millions of illegals flowing over the border, child sexual exploitation in schools, indoctrination in schools via CRT, crime, high energy costs, mandated vaccinations . . . The only reason anyone supports Trump is due to the fact that they're a poor, stupid 'mark' who doesn't think for themselves, is easily swayed and fooled, and is overcome by mere blind adoration. I think you're about to find out how wrong your analysis is.
  8. People are getting soooo tired of those who make never ending claims of every type that their personal interpretations and their personal feelings should be everyone's truth. Then explain all of those people who do not feel that it infringes, harasses or intimidates. I myself would feel reassured and be grateful of their presence.
  9. After the past two years of promoting 'election denial' it would be too much of a stretch for the Dems to then become 'election deniers' themselves. They've eliminated that as an excuse for a potential blowout loss in the midterms. On the other hand, I believe there will be some major Congressional investigations into what really happened in 2020. In the end it may not be the BIG LIE. We'll wait and see on that one.
  10. The Dems have chosen the wrong issue sets to run on the midterms. Voters have much more pressing concerns than climate change. What they 'value most' is their economic survival amongst a long, long list of other concerns.
  11. If they're ensuring that ballots dropped are legal then sure they're preventing illegal ballots from being cast. What's your problem with that? As far as people feeling uncomfortable with police presence that's a canard if the police are there only to ensure that the law is being followed.
  12. IMO the mention of guns and tasers is included to hype up the 'voter suppression' narrative.
  13. I'm no Musk fan and couldn't care less what his opinions are. His opinions are worth as much as anyone else's. But I do agree with him on this.
  14. I'm hearing that it's going to be a blowout. And if it is then that would be a huge judgement of Biden and the Democrats. Rejection due solely because of their disastrous policies, to put it politely.
  15. Why object to police ensuring that ballots are legal before they're dropped? Who wouldn't want that to ensure a fair election? Or are you saying you prefer illegal ballots being dropped and counted?
  16. Are Democrats going to use 'voter suppression' and blame new election laws to not accept the election results if massive numbers of Democrats lose? Wouldn't that be election denial? It certainly wouldn't be because a majority of voters are sick and tired of what Joe Biden and Democrats (along with never-Trump Republicans and establishment Republicans) have done to the country?
  17. It has nothing to do with ID. And everything to do with whether or not ballots conform to election laws. If not then they don't get counted. What's not fair about that?
  18. No example of a single election law that targets Democrats given. Maybe because none exist because you can't write laws that target only one party?
  19. How so? How do you create election laws that target only one party. Please give an example.
  20. He'll wait for the proper timing. He's laid enough hints that his entrance is a foregone conclusion. Trifecta.
  21. I agree. Voting by everyone should be encouraged. The only barriers to voting that should be in place would be those that prevent anyone who is not eligible to vote from voting. The Republicans have been working hard on that. More to come, too. Again, if you're eligible to vote then there should not be a problem with any of the reforms taken place so far.
  22. I agree. You may well find out that most of those millions more will be voting Republican.
  23. The numbers most on the right are tossing out there are +5 seats in the Senate and a 52 seat pick up in the House. I'm hoping for even more. If not now then I believe there will be another huge pickup in 2024, including Trump back in office. The Democrat Party is following the Whigs into the dustbin of American history.
  24. My prediction is that the Republicans will have not just a victory but a statement victory. The left is about to find out just how out of touch they are.
  25. Two of these puppies would do the trick for me. 418 EUR for 20TB.
