    those glue mousetraps?

I think I can feel with you, but these glue traps are - in almost every case -

    really disgusting.

Best for me seems to throw a towel etc. towards them, then the 'Gecko gecko'

tumbles to earth(no problem), will be distracted and you or your partner should try to catch

this nice animal inside the fabric.

If you have a fast eye and a fast hand, just grab it...

Better wear gloves and long sleeves.

Then bring it back into nature, far away from your house.

Or wait till some TV-members will send you a PM to pick up your Tookgay soon.

    Good luck. No joke.

The level of particulate matter (PM) less than 2.5 microns was 215 micrograms per cubic metre, PM10 was 251 micrograms per cubic metre, and the Air Quality Index (AQI) value was 325 micrograms, which is considered a hazardous level.

  3. From the source 'davemos' mentioned:

The removal of trees without sufficient reforestation has resulted in damage to habitat, biodiversity loss and aridity. It has adverse impacts on biosequestration of CO2. Deforestation causes extinction of species, changes to climatic conditions, desertification, and displacement of populations.

What exactly are they going to be using for this so=called Bio fuel?

    Defined broadly,

biofuels are fuels derived from biomass – any matter derived from plants or animals.

    This is unbelievable, isn't it?

    Then:

Where do you live, johnray #2 ? - Are you paid for your post or was it just nonsense?

This winter 2019/2020 we had again very dirty air up north, almost dirtier than ever in the past.

I would suggest you read this thread carefully, starting Jan 15  2020.

Planning one more power plant (bio fueled?) near Phayao is so

    outrageous,

it's hard to believe this might be true.

    it is from China

I suppose, this is correct and not.

Usually the winds in the wintertime are blowing the China smog into Vietnam, Laos

and Thailand. - Thanks God (and 'thanks' Nino/LaNina?) not in 2019 and 2020.

Most of our smog in 2020 has been produced by neighbouring countries (yes, really!)

and also came travelling from India via Bangladesh/Myanmar.

OK, there is traffic exhaust too, especially in Chiang Mai. Then there are two powerplants

in Mae Moh/Lampang and Mae Sot/Tak. They use the local lignite mines. Lignite is a

    really bad air polluter.

And of course there have been many, many forest fires inside Thailand too,

garbage fires, slash and burn etc.

  6. May 19

    Thailand’s rainy season

    officially begins May 18th

We had a lot of rain yesterday, no fires,
so let's hope this is correct.
