Thai Brokerage that will open account for Foreigner without WP
In case someone else is looking for this, I was able to open an account with BLS just by showing Passport with Non-Immigrant 0 visa. They didn't need any TIN code nor WP (didn't even want Yellow house book)

Just got LTR visa stamp this morning. Here the timeline for reference: 7 October 2025: applied on the LTR website 10 October 2025: I was requested additional documents (had to go to Department of Land to request for title deed and purchase contract within 60 days and uploaded on 13 October) 15 October 2025: I was requested to show Health Insurance (bought and uploaded from AXA Thailand on the same day) 27 October 2025 Visa was endorsed (uploaded required docs on the same day) 28 October 2025: got an email about my previous Visa being still on the old Passport and need to transfer it to the new Passport (went the CW immigration on 30 October to transfer the stamp and uploaded updated passport on the same day) 3 November 2025: got notification to book for Appointment at TIESC 5 November 2025: arrived about 20mins before my appointment, checked documents at the LTR counter and completed the process in less than 1 hour (less than 40mins into my appointment time)

Transfer extension stamps to new passport
In regard to the appointment slots being very rare, in my case of Marriage extension is not really true. Just few days ago I initially booked for 7 November. Then 2 days ago I checked again and there were a few more slots with the first one being on 30 October. The problem seems to be more about the Retirement extension. As the OP said he booked an online appointment and had no problem using it very recently, I wanted to share my experience: it seems it really depends on the person checking the documents at the first counter. I had no problem with transferring the stamp yesterday after taking a new queue ticket. Just had to wait 3+ hours just because they seem to not be capable to add the stamp transfer as a reason for online appointment. The transfer process itself takes just few mins and they didn't even look at any of the attached copies of passports/TDAC I provided (other than the transfer form itself). For Marriage they not require to see any bank books or anything else.

Yearly Extension directly on New Passport
My point is that I dont want to go CW twice... so my main question is if I can process the extension and get the stamps transferred to the new passport with the same appointment/queue

Yearly Extension directly on New Passport
I entered Thailand with a new Passport with the non-immigrant O (Thai Wife) stamp (and reentry permit) in the old passport. My current extension expires on 5 December 2025. Can I go to Chaengwattana and apply for the extension directly on the new passport? do I need to fill the "transfer stamp" form anyway? Can I get a single queue number for both services? (or even better can I book online appointment for the extension and use it to do everything?) Alternatively, as I am in the process to get a LTR visa (they require to transfer the visa stamp to the new passport before proceed), I could just transfer the stamp without doing the extension. How much an Agent charge usually for this service and can it be done without me going to the Chaengwattana in person? If I have to go in person anyway I would prefer to process the yearly extension too (as the LTR isn't sure to be approved yet or it may take longer than 5 December) Thanks

Thai Brokerage that will open account for Foreigner without WP
I'd like to ask if there is any Thai Brokerage that will open an account for a foreigner with NON-O (thai wife) visa, without a Work Permit. Btw, I already have a broker in my own country (EU) and IBKR too. But I want to keep a smaller amount of THB in Thailand (as it's already here) and invest it trough a Thai brokerage. So far I was refused by Krungsi for not having the WP, while InnovestX (SCB) seemed ok to proceed but I would have to visit their main branch which is quite far from me. Any other broker that will not require a WP? UOB, Kasikorn, BBL, etc? (other than randomly walk in in every one of them to ask)

LTR VISA - BOI requested me "Evidence of all your payments"
I just got email from BOI asking me for "Evidence of all your payments" about my investment in Thai condo. I already uploaded the title deed (or.chor. 2) and sale contract (or.chor. 16) from the land office. Anyone knows what they may want specifically? I made the purchase more than 10 years ago and was 2nd hand purchase (not from developer) Would be nice to hear from someone who went trough this specifically.
