It's been raining in the North & NE since July. I said on August 6 that Bangkok will flood this year similar to 2011 and I still expect that to happen. -

Excellent law. Hopefully applies to abandoned construction projects too. Maybe they'll have a look at all of that land bought in Buriram a few years ago by a few individuals from PTP when it was the hot tip for relocating Bangkok.

No where near a good enough reason to end up in jail, even if it's only lock up, in Thailand at 60 years of age.
