It's been raining in the North & NE since July. I said on August 6 that Bangkok will flood this year similar to 2011 and I still expect that to happen. -

Excellent law. Hopefully applies to abandoned construction projects too. Maybe they'll have a look at all of that land bought in Buriram a few years ago by a few individuals from PTP when it was the hot tip for relocating Bangkok.

There was an Aussie banged up in Pattaya for a similar scam a few years ago. A purse left in a toilet for someone to pick up. Has also been done with iPhones. See it and leave it. It's not yours, why do you want to touch it? Being curious can be expensive.
