  1. Your info on Mo Chit is nonsense. SNIP

I would have agreed with you had I not seen it for myself. You would not recognize that part of MoChit - there is no taxi queue. Well, a very small one with way more passengers than taxis and it's in a different location. We ended up in a minivan to South Bus Station as we could not find a meter or afford to wait our turn in a long queue.

I don't understand that you have to wait 1 hour to find your transport at mo chit ?, its full of buses, skytrains and taxis, if you don't know ask info at skytrain ticket office, they can tell you what train, or bus you have to take. tell your destination to the money collector on the bus, they will tell you where to get off, halt a passingby taxi, get in let hem start driving and say where you have to go. 9/10 he open meter, if not say you want meter KRAB. if he stop just get out. speaking Thai and be soft and polite helps.

  2. with all they do about controling the people working with no visa , and all the latest change in visa i doubt it

I doubt it too, but maybe this way they can spend more time in control at location, then spend hours in paperwork and visa reporting ques.

with the heavy paperwork rules now, they maybe not keep the bad ones out, and annoying/preventing to stay many good ones

  3. RIP fallen bro:(

u turning f.....ing careless trucks are big problem here in Thailand. many times i needed to do acrobatic maneuvers bc of a vehicle wants to us turn suddenly without any notice and without even checking.

all legal u turns at every 2 km are also a problem if you ask me. invitation to accident and according to people, u turns are major cause of accidents here.

Only in Thailand i have seen that many u turns!

because people do not keep LEFT

  4. I landed already many times at Phuket airport and always prepare myself to make it out of the airport to my car without too many taxi drivers in my neck asking from the moment the doors open till outside on the road " mister where you go ? "

But yesterday evening ... nobody NOBODY asked jumped pulled begged ..

I could peacefully walk out of the airport with no hassling

If this is an action from the new government, Thank you guys !

On the other hand, I came from Bkk where I was looking forward to walk easy now on the pedestrians walkway, but nope still blocked with selling items and motorbikes ...

  5. This they writhing in English the school: Important!!! We have to update you that the new lesson time tequired forthe holder of a Non-Immigrant ED visa has now been changed to 2 hours per day and 4 days per week. So whith the course time of 200 hours, Your visa will now finish within 6 months. This means you will have to do a visa-run to apply for a new visa every 6 months.

    ??

6 months = 26 weeks times 8 hours .. is more then 200 hours in my calculation

    thats why it says:

Your visa will now finish within 6 months

so sorry, I misread ed .. not within 6 m.. instead of now within 6 m

  7. I do feel sorry for him, those without sin can trow the first stone, but no reason for all ED-visa holders to panic.

If you follow the rules correctly, or don't get caught there is no worry. How do you get caught ? 90 % of the time because you have "an enemy" in Thailand that report you.

In his case, he just divorced his Thai wife so POSSIBLY someone angry, and able to report him about not attending, working ...

If immigration just check then, they can find within 2 min following messages from him online : "

    Hello,

I will divorce next week, i need advice for my visa, i still have 4 months left on my visa, should i change it right away ? My idea was to get a student visa but with all the problems in thailand, i need two month to get this done. I also have a contract stating that the house we bought it's ours 50/50, should i present this contract while divorcing ? How i can be sure that she don't put the house in the bank to get money ?

    Thanks.

Legal to open an online pharmacy for export ?

i contacted the FDA and i will wait for their answer. If it can be done without much problems i will do it, if not i will find another business to do.

So they have reason to believe he is misusing the visa, and therefore kicked him out. Embassy or Walen can not help as he didn't attend classes. Walen start immediately with reading/writing so if he know NOTHING about it it confirms he didn't attend.

So golden rule, use the correct visa, follow the rules, or make no enemies ..

  8. And get the problems solved, now.

I don't see anything major happen....By now there should be hundreds of former politicians jailed, and that are just the cases where it is obvious and everyone knows.

bbrr, I get sick of these negative reactions, finally FINALLY there is a right shaped soul, who wants to make Thailand a better and correct country, who cleaned out in a short period a lot of corruption and law mistreats ... and it still not good...

if everything is perfect they will complain its to perfect.

Yes we should let K Prayut clear it all out, its a huge work and still a long way to go, secondly create a government control system, that as soon governments change back we can not refall into corruption again, the control organisation can wipes out any politician/policemen that do something wrong.

Thailand should also need more than 2 parties, let say 3 or 4, so that A en B work together with opposition C, or B and C against A ..

if you only have to cocks black and white, yellow and red ... its always a heavy fight with a dead one ..

  9. from the first day I didn't believe in the guilt of the Burmese

we all claimed the police, and wanted some action

    BUT

we got the British investigators, and they let the DNA recheck

    SO MAYBE

there is always a chance that the police was right, and they are guilty.

in that case we should apologizing to police and respect their great work

I say IF DNA rechecked with new samples by the British

  10. Like some of the Thai locals have already mentioned on social media... ' Nobody ever fight back before.' The police are not used to this and are now certainly making things up as they go along. Even lawyers couldn't get credible alibis out into the public without stuffing up ie. The university photo that was actually a dorm photo. Still shots, not good ones, of video footage. The actual video footage would be a much better alibi but again they probably didn't think there would be to much fuss made. Wrong again.

interrogations should be recorded on video. Good to check everything the suspect said, also good for police to disprove they use violence. Police officers that use violence in physical or mental way. should be fired.

  13. I have an idea for the government to make a visa for people that under 50 not work and have enough fund.

Make a visa for these people with the condition to put 500.000 on a blocked bank account.

visa for a year with 3 monthly reporting.

the moment someone get caught working, he lose his visa and money. not working, just stay here and spend money = no problem.

end of visa : extension, or bank account unblocked.
