Owner doesnt want it but too lazy to move it. Its a piece of *&^%$ so we are organisng Thai style to remove it as we should have done in the beginning

Have an abandoned vehicle in our Village that has been there for two years. Owner tracked down, Police asked to help but to date the Vehicle sits in the middle of our Village that isnt Juristic.

PLease note I have only recently done my retirement Visa and Even Though I asked them why they cant authenticate a letter from my Military Pension (Aus Government) If it was sent thru internal channels to them.  Their response was they dont have access to other Australian Government Agencies.

Have a dog owned by some wealthy foreigners who own a dog with a history of attacking other dogs without any reason. Dog has left his own area when other dogs are seen usually some distance away. Anyone know who we can contact that will ensure this dog who killed a smaller dog a few days ago and has apparently paid the local constabulary to look away. Update to those interested and have an opinion, been breeding dogs many years and six weeks is fine if you ween them properly and ensure their development is right,, the price is expensive so the dogs only go to people who can look after them not someone who buys them and throws them away after they dig holes or chew a shoe. There are also a similar liter being sold in Chang Mai but that guy wants 45 000 Baht so all things considered we have 6 orders already so hopefully your posts will keep us honest and our dogs loved. We feed our dogs a small clove of garlic on a weekly basis and now seldom have the problems we have had in the past.

We live in a rural setting where ticks are common.

When you have a tick problem you need to look hard in all the small cracks and places that they lay eggs - find them and burn out or use boiling water. (American style warning - do not use boiling water on pets!)

Also read the threads about Fake Frontline sold in well meaning outlets who have been conned down the supply chain from fake medication from China. This could explain your problem.

Search, read and take heed.

For those with flea infestation and ticks around the home try spreading garden lime on all soil by sprinkling it all over every week for a few weeks and see if the fleas slow if not leave. The lime burns the fleas and make sure all dog areas like sleeping areas etc are sprinkled with lime also after washing thoroughly

Its a cheap solution but to stop the cycle you need to use stuff like sentinel all round flea, tick and intestinal parasites will kill them all and stop the cycle

Sentinel Spectrum Tasty Chews covers the cycle of fleas, ticks and all intestinal parasites but we haven't been able to get her so we get six monthly sent over from Oz type in Dr Carl they send a six pack for about 88 Aus Dollars and we never see our dogs scratch and they live inside and they are Border Collies so we know how many fleas you can get on a big dog. Been giving this to my dogs for many years and works perfect even safe to give to my girl who is currently pregnant. No idea why they don't have it here but have been told by local vet its too expensive for Thais but if someone is already paying 3000 baht for something not as effective and only covers some issues then I say maybe some one on here could import. They do have different size chews for all dogs

we brought both our Aussie Border Collies via Jetpets and wasn't cheap that's for sure and they were off loaded twice so a bit of stress for them both but they arrived safely and delivered to us in Bangkok. That was a year ago now and we are expecting our first litter from our dogs in Pattaya. Didn't realise how much demand there was and how much people willing to pay. 30 000 baht per pup fingers crossed we will get our money back from the travelling costs a year ago that would be nice

I have two Border Collies from Australia I bought with me and my wife and the female was artificially inseminated ten days ago so we are waiting for another two and half weeks before we can say if the process worked due to huge demand we get from everyone who see s our dogs we will keep you posted. At this stage though any pups would be a great Christmas present. I only know of two other Pure Border Collies and we nearly mated our female with their male but went the other way instead. This is the Father when he was a pup

I'm in a situation where our Committee have dissolved and we need to re establish a new one. In my endeavours to do this I have realised they don't have a constitution nor do they have a Juristic person.

Question one is how can I get a Juristic person so I can write a new constitution to have a AGM then elect new committee.

Question 2 is after reading many different Thai Acts. I come to the conclusion that people who don't pay their maintenance fees in the village such as rubbish collection and security cant be forced to.

Can anyone send me in the right direction to try and do this write and start a fresh for the occupants of over 130 Houses
