My wife takes care of all this stuff for our (more than 5) rooms.
However, not a single landlord in our area has changed the way they operate and not a single current or prospective tenant has ever queried her on the new requirements.
As a landlord, only having one month's deposit does not cover you if someone decides to do a runner and leaves you with damage and/or a large electric/water bill.
I know there are few bad apples in the business, but here all taxes are paid and we are fair and honest with our customers.
In the last 4 years we have only had one bad renter who whinged about the amount we charged for cleaning his room when he left, he threatened to call the local government, but eventually accepted his bill.
He was a Thai who tought English, tried to pinch our room fan and leave his small one and left his room covered in talcum powder, don't think he was impressed when I told him I had seen pigs who kept their accommodation cleaner.
i can only recall one landlord, coincidentally the one i stay at now and keep coming back to, that didnt steal all or part of my deposit.
actually i would find a place with better internet if it wasnt for my experience with landlords in LOS.
how much did you charge the 'whinging' customer for cleaning out the room of all that powder ?

Not about looting a battlefield. It's about occupying a nation defeated in war. War has some genuinely harsh consequences for the losers. You would have some kind of point in the case where the victor is the aggressor. Do you think that was case in WW2? Was Germany a victim of US aggression? Are you pining for something?
course its loot, been done as far back as the great genghis khan and undoubtedly before that, bringing back weapons smiths and siege engines builders etc

But Chinese is paying thieves. So, at the least it's a party to the theft.
And much more probably it's organizing the thefts as well. Whereas the US was occupying a conquered and occupied nation that had waged a war of aggression. Where's the thievery? Germany had no right to its military secrets.
winners rightful loot of the battlefield ?
why would us have 'rights' to secrets then ?

After the war the US got offered German rocket scientists the opportunity to work in the USA and with it the chance for some of them to escape war crimes prosecution. That may have been immoral, but it's hardly theft.
it may be immoral for chinese state to pay us citizens for classified info,
but its hardly theft

Yes, no, and yes...
You are far from alone making these predictions...they have been all over the place for quite some time, dating back to the late 90s with the book "the fourth turning" which appears to be as prescient as "1984" was.
We are heading at full speed, eyes wide shut, toward a mix of both books predictions...
No, Europe is not totally reliant on Russian energy.
It is reliant on Russian gas, which is a limited part of its energy mix.
Trump wrongly said that Germany was totally dependent on Russia, and no one facing him reacted because people don't have that kind of data in mind.
The fact is that Germany imports about 70% of its gas from Russia, YET gas is only 23% of German energy mix...which means that it relies on Russia for only 15% of its energy...far from being totally dependent!
Finally, yes the outcome is inevitable.
When, in the past, have we seen opposing powers massing troops close to each other borders, engaging in more and more provocative military "exercices" without ultimately going to war?
As a matter of fact, both Russia and China are now openly saying that they are preparing for war!
The US doesn't have to prepare itself since it is constantly waging war.
As usual, people (especially Europeans) are in full denial mode, like they were all the way unti! 1939, even though it had been obvious for many years that Germany was preparing for war...
let me think, a, yes, when both sides had nukes, ever since 1949,
us will never attack anyone that can fling a nuke back

Strange, my home made PCs are fine on W10. Have you tried CCleaner or Glary Utilities.
no, i dont feel like learning yet again,
but it was a clean install when i bought it, it really cant be that much
working in the background, (beside win 10 itself) that would explain why its so ungodly stuttering compared to my ole stuff, i think i only added 2 games.

And sell your vehicle and buy a Model T Ford!!!!! No but seriously, I do music production on my PC, but the Program I use will only run on Windows, and by far best on Windows 10. This will apply to most 'professional' users. I tried Linux Mint and OK, I could get emails, surf the net, do simple Word and Spreadsheets, and that was about it. Agree about VLC, but will it run on Lunux or Ubuntu, I don't know, you tell me please.
win 10 is complete shit compared to good ole win xp,
i never had an issue with stutter and generally slow response until
i got on the receiving end of win 10, it hang to the point of crashing,
this in spite of my new laptop is latest tech with a few times more resources than my win xp puters ever had

Where do they have the death penalty for graffiti? Certainly not Canada! ????
Seriously, what disgusting behavior that they would be executed for at home do people come to Thailand thinking they can get away with?
Thailand is the nation that has trouble extraditing criminals because they still have the death penalty on the books, even if rarely implemented.sure they do, its just that its so common to hang children in canada
so it doesnt even make it to the local newspaper

not true at all, the corrupt immigration officers still refuses to do their job

Some come to Thailand to do things that in their own country they would face severe penalty's, even the death penalty, their disgusting predatory habit is world renowned.
lol yeah, canada is infamous for carrying out death penalty for writing on walls,
i think by now they have carried out over 1000 death sentences for spitting chewing gum on the street alone.
most of the offenders that are now thankfully executed were children below the age of 9

welp, i bought a dumbphone not long ago,
its sitting on charge in my room no matter where i go,
since the piece of shit can barely stay alive on idle for a single day,
and i cant remember or be arsed to charge it all the time.
if i ever bother with a phone again, i want a written guarantee
it will keep up for at least a week without charge,
just like phones did 20 years ago

I would be nervous about buying an expensive item from Aliexpress, which has to be prepaid. Will it arrive? If there is a fault how do you get it replaced? Will you get stung by thai customs? Even 34,000 baht is hardly a bargain.
i have bought a number of stuff from aliexpress & alibaba,
it all went well except the last item the thai postal office phoned me and told i had to go there myself and pick it up
because i hadnt used all the suffixes in my address.
the issue is that a thai address is so long so formal letters with a windows dont fit it all, and there is only so many spaces available when ordering online, i think its 160 keyboard points including spaces between words, i tried to ditch 'nongprue & banglamung to fit it all, that didnt go down well with the post.
one item i got flogged with import tax
