The usual rule of one for them and one for us nothing ever changes here .

One point is neither here nor there but impound their vehicle for seven days and they will definately think twice before not stopping again . If its a company vehicle they will have to face up to the boss as to why it is impounded and possible dissmissal .

So they only want to take of the Chinese and F everyone else .

The food delivery guy is 100% not negligent , the accident was caused by the other rider trying to speed his way through when their was clearly no room for another bike .

Not according to the numbers being posted on the Worldometers website , under 2,000 again . If the Government posted the real numbers from full testing they would not be re elected and IMO that's what is driving the continuing low testing and reported numbers .
