I totally agree , teachers are there to teach and have no right to touch their students . Cutting a students hair is physical abuse and possibly mental abuse as well . Why should a school dictate how their hair should be cut when  it has absolutely no affect on learning what so ever and should be up to the individual .

I don't think Thailand has a road maintenance of any kind , in all the driving I have done around the country most roads, streets etc are not maintained and can take years to be repaired and even then don't last before getting more potholes appear . Any small side rides simply just don't see any repair work unless a serious accident or death happens .
