I can't seem to post this, as I can't "Select Forum" for some reason, so I'll tag on here:
A friend of mine, currently in the States, has held a Permanent Residency Permit for 6-7 years. He did everything in BKK and seems he is registered in his lawyers yellow book as living there. He is moving to Pattaya when he moves back in January.
Does he have to permanently do business on at BKK immi? Does he have to somehow change his official residence now to his PTY residence (yellow book to blue book?). Can Jomtien do the yearly report or does he always have to return to CW in BKK? He also needs a new driver's license. Can/must he do that in Pattaya, which is where he will live from now on? -

Serious question- exactly what treatment is he getting that requires him staying in the hospital? Intubation? Continuous heart surgery? Medication, diet, and lifestyle changes are the most common treatments, all of which can be done in a prison cell.
