Truth is most if not all "regular" folks meaning non Medical workers

probably never get retested for Covid once vaccinated & assume all is well.

 

Even though they could have since caught Covid & were asymptomatic or have lessened symptoms to the point of going unnoticed.  Which in truth makes them Super Spreaders

 

Medical workers on the other hand are probably tested weekly at least so of course so this already known chink in the Armour of ANY vaccine against a constantly changing Covid Virus will be more often shown

This is exactly correct. A vaccine doesn't prevent infection or the spread of infection. They increase immune response to lessen the effect of the infection. 

Unfortunately, the news rarely ever goes too far into explaining scientific facts. 

Hello everyone.

I am going to create a rock garden over the top of some concrete at my house and I am looking to where I can buy a similar type of pebble or gravel that is used in Japanese rock gardens as seen in the photo.

I will need 1.25 tonnes so looking to buy from a wholesale or specialty shop. Anyone have any recommendations?

If you haven’t built up an e-learning program by now and established yourself as an online educator I don’t know what to tell you.

There is so much private tutoring work out there via online that you can easily make a lot more than what you’re making on part time contracts. You just need to impress one parent and then word off mouth will lead to you having to turn away people due to high demand.

Hulta definitely charges more for their products and services because of the foreigner factor.

You can get equal quality by going to Wood Street but you’re going to need someone who can translate for you or better yet, have a Thai person go for you as they may up charge you if you’re a foreigner.

Maybe true but they also attract larger snakes. Had a mate who tried keeping a pet cat but it kept attracted large pythons to his yard. 

I am interested in renting a house and I’ve come across a provision in the contract that I haven’t seen before since I’ve only rented condos up until now. 

The provision states: 

“Throughout the rental period  Household tax  Land and building tax when applicable and / or other equivalent taxes plus income tax on the payment of such tax, if applicable”.

Has anyone ever had to pay these taxes as part of the rental agreement and if so, is there a standard rate I should expect to pay?

You can clearly see one bike running into the rear of the other bike. The rear bike crashes into the road while the front bike hits the median. Also, the flash from the oncoming bike doesn't happen from this angle.

Edit: It's the same video just cut. 

Its 1am, blood tests revealed that both drivers had alcohol in their systems. 

Also, rear-ending someone on a motorbike doesn't seem like a logical way to assassinate someone. The witness was out on a motorbike at 1am. He's obviously not concerned and there are plenty of other less exposing ways to kill someone like getting them to jump off a balcony or hang themselves with their hands tied behind their back. 

And, what would really be the motive? Boss has ignored the law for years and they threw out the case. He is untouchable. He doesn't need to kill any witnesses.

The chance of this being just a fatal accident is pretty high. 

While 1/3 of current businesses may shut, they will be replaced by either the same people with a “new” concept or with the next line of fledgling entrepreneurs. 
 

There is not a lot of operating capital for these businesses, it’s mostly manpower so they’ll just cancel their business license and get a new one and start anew.

I feel like they hurt the overall look of the CX-30 with that excessive plastic cladding. You'd have to get the machine grey paint color to make the cladding look less obscene. I'm concerned that it will hurt resale value.

With all of that being said, the CX-30 is an overall great car for the price. it drove smoothly, was quite, felt like a much more expensive car on the road and the interior design is stunning. If you can get past the cladding, its the best car in that price range IMOP but to be honest, thats not saying a whole lot since the main competior is the Honda HRV. But, if you have the money, I'd recommend going with the CX-5. 

Unfortunately, some schools do require children to have legal status which is where the visa requirement comes into play.

To apply for the non-o visa at immigration they must have a visa exempt tourist visa entry.

They left last year and entered on a tourist visa but it has since expired.

Hello all. I hope everyone is doing well in these unfortunate times.

I would like to ask for any advice you can give for my situation.

I've been living and working in Thailand for several years. My wife is not Thai but also has been living and working here.

We have  a 3 year old daughter, who was born in Bangkok and its time to get her non-imm. O visa, her new school requires it. 

So, is it possible to do this in-country? Or do you have to follow the standard protocol and get it outside the country and then re-enter?

Also, the list of requirements says that you need financial records from my employer and bank statements. Does anyone know what they will accept in this regard?

If you live here, and have for some time, you can do a direct consular filing. It's much faster. My friend just investigated this for his Thai wife and was amazed at how quickly the paperwork would get processed.

I know nothing about the PI, but is it hard for them to get tourist visas to the US? If so, I'm amazed because pretty much every nurse I encountered in the US while dealing with my father's numerous health issues over the years were from the PI! LOL

I would like and will appreciate your advice on my situation.

I am a US citizen and currently engaged to a Pinay national. We both live and work in Thailand. We are looking to take a trip to the US to get married and I am wondering what my best course of action would be to get her into the US legally. We are not looking to set up any sort of permanent residency for her in the US as we have no plans of living in the US at this time.

We will only be there for a couple of weeks and then back to BKK. I have done some research and I am leaning toward the K1 fiance visa. I understand that I have to petition the US first so she can apply for the visa. Everything I've read to date says I have to do this in the US and cannot do that in Bkk. Is that true?

Given my situation is the K1 the best course of action if we are looking to travel in April 2015?

You will need an assortment of supporting documents from your employer along with the TM7 form to apply for an extension of stay.

They do not issue visas at the one stop center which makes me certain you are on an extension of stay and have a multiple re-entry permit.

I was wondering if the application requirements (outside of needing to renew the Work Permit first) are the same for renewing my Non-imm. B visa if my work permit is good for another year? My visa expires at the end of the month but the WP is good until June 2015.
