  1. I am using 800,000 method held in a Bangkok Bank account. I picked up the application forms yesterday while doing a 90 day report. I have attached a pic of the revised "Documents from the Bank" slip provided. You can see item 2 now shows 12 months statements are required. In previous years, this was only 6 months. In bold underlined print at the bottom, is the requirement for all documents to be issued on the same day as the extension application. Therein lays the problem.
  2. Thanks for these replies. Just to clarify exactly what my problem is, I am being told I need to provide bank statements for the past 12 months. Previously, only 6 months statements were needed. Bangkok Bank were able to produce these on demand on the day of application, so I would go to the bank first, update my bankbook etc. and leave with everything I and Immigration needed. Now however it will not be possible to obtain the full 12 months statements on the day of application. I will be able to request the first 6 months of the year statements to be mailed to me, but I am seeking clarification as to whether or not Immigration will understand and accept this. I am not sure how long this 12 month requirement has been in place, but if anyone has already experienced this, I would greatly appreciate an update.
  3. My understanding is local Bangkok Bank branches can only produce 6 months of statements on request. Does anyone have experience of Korat Immigration accepting the most recent 6 months printed on the day of application, and the previous 6 months some days before? I'm sure Immigration realises it can't be done on the same day, but their instructions do state everything should be dated as the day of application. Any recent actual experience would be greatly appreciated.
  4. Can anyone please advise if this is still available on arrival at BKK? I remember reading about this service being withdrawn last year but I am uncertain if it was ever reinstated and if so, where/what to expect. Any up to date info much appreciated.
  5. As well as the problems mentioned here, I have had no live TV using two different brand android boxes, but can still access all channels on my Samsung tablet. Two requests for help have gone unanswered which I find to be entirely unacceptable. I have used HDPrime for many years but I'm now looking elsewhere, partly because of the technical issues but mainly because of the uncaring customer service. If anyone has any insight as to why android boxes wont work but tablet still does, or, if there are any recommendations to a similar alternative service, I would be very interested to hear.
