  1. I'm currently on an assignment in Thailand and have been using this account for over a year to transfer living expenses from my U.S. account to my account here. I never deposit $ into my Wise account. Rather I have it access my account in the U.S. to get the necessary funds. It's worked perfectly up until that notice. As I said before I appealed it and they promptly denied the appeal. And now their support does not respond. This is not only screwy, it's aggravating. I guess they want me to use another service.
  2. Recently, I received a notice from Wise. It said it was closing the account I've been using for over a year because I have two other accounts. I informed them that I was totally unaware of any other accounts and didn't recognize them. They then told me to appeal the decision. I did! Three hours later they denied the appeal (that's the fastest reply I ever got from Wise). I have asked Wise support (twice) how I can find out about those other accounts and close them. They did not respond. Any ideas on what I might do next? Thanks for your help. Tariya

  7. First time using Wise for transfer from U.S. to Bangkok Bank. Established Wise account fine. But... it gives me error when trying a test transfer. "We currently cannot accept payments to this account." Went through long exchange with Wise Support. They finally said that they do not know why this is happening. I'm getting a similar error when trying to add $ to balance. Must be doing somethig wrong. Would appreciate any help. Thanks, Tariya
