  1. [

Agreed :o And charlesdavid what business it of ours where he parks his truck?

None really. The only point I'm making is that everybody should be equal before the law. Police officers in uniform and those driving vehicles marked "police" have a duty to set an example for Pattaya citizens to follow.

It shouldn't be one law for them and another for the rest of us.

  2. I got caught a while back coming out of Soi Post Office. I had gobne about 10 yards and got stung for 500 baht (200 baht one way, 200 baht no license on me (though I do have one)) and 100 baht for the gofer (m/c taxi driver to go to the Police Station to pay it for me,).

What p1ssed me off was that the cop then went to his motorcycle parked in the soi and brazenly drove out of the Soi going against the one way system.

Since then I always go round the one way sytem or if I'm close to the junction I wheel my bike out onto the road before getting on it and starting up.

I don't mind them enforcing the traffic rules it's just the hypocrisy that gets me "you can't do it but we can".

The same goes for the chief who wanders around with his <deleted> man chu moustache, ever present pipe and massive gold medalian. He parks his police pick truck where the he11 he likes - parking restrictions or not. It can often be seen outside Pizza Hut on beach road whilst he visits Nevada agogo.

  3. Angelwitch is in one of the small sois leading off Walking street. Walking south the soi is on your left hand side about 40 metres from the entrance to walking street.

Both What's up a go go and Angel witch a gogo have staff with sandwich boards standing at the entrance of the soi.

  4. Is there any Thai calenders available.. e.g. bar girl calenders etc.???? :o

There was a bargirl calendar for 2004 and 2005 but it was not produced for 2006 for some reason.

Some of the bars in Soi Diamond produce their own calendars. Supergirl and Superbaby produced quite fetching ones last year.

  5. I have put together a number of tri-folded leaflets for my business and would like then to be professionally made over using adobe illustrator or other appropriate design software.

Can anyboday recommend a graphic designer in the Pattaya area?

  6. I was aware of something similar in a Pattaya School. One of the Thai female teachers in her early twenties was hanging around the adolescent boys (14 and 15 year olds) too much for my liking and encouraging a lot ( and I mean a lot) of body contact.

I later heard a lot of rumours that she had bedded several of the pupils. I reported her behaviour and was laughed at with the gist of the response being "you're only jealous".

It disgusted me. Had it been a male teacher and female pupils I have no doubt that the response would have been very different.

  7. It's been a ladyboy only agogo for about 6 months now. Catering for a niche market I suppose.

Best way in my opinion. All the LB's together for those who want them and all real ladies together for the rest of us.

Nana Plaza in Bangkok has been ruined imho by mixing LBs and ordinary ladies in the same bars.

  8. I've just come back from Soi 6. The place looks deserted with absolutely no women outside any of the bars.

I went in one bar where it was business as usual inside. Speaking to the bar owner he told me that the police have now banned the girls from sitting outside the bars in this Soi.

Rather spoils Soi 6 in my opinion. You can no longer cruise down the street and choose th bird you want.

  9. Identifying them is not a problem.

The issue is that those going into lady agogo bars should not be subject to the sight of bloke in bikinis. It's just not what I would choose to look at.

  10. May I ask why you are conducting this poll? :o

It follows on from a staff room discussion is Sirracha this morning. A couple of teachers were saying it was impossible to live in Pattaya on a teachers salary and weere bemoaning the fact that they were so close to fun city but could only afford to visit it two or three times a month.

A load of tosh in my opinion I have lived here for years and can live comfortably and enjoy myself on 40k a month.

If I needed to I reckon I could survive on 15k a month. I have savings but don't need to blow them simply because I choose to live in Pattaya.
