Some of the work of Leon Levinstein (1910–1988), who worked the streets of New York City
from the 1950's through to the 80's. I found his photos very interesting, hope you do too.
A couple examples below then the weblinks....

OP.....Try what poster taiwangirl suggests. Leave the battery out for a day...it won't hurt.
If there's no joy doing that then it's off to your friendly camera shop for repair if possible
or replacement. Since it is a discontinued model replacement with a newer model may
be the only option. Good luck.

Reminds me of the Wolf spider Shaggy.....not 100% sure tho....

Shaggy...a good 50mm equivalent lens on an APS-C sensor camera is a 35mm.
Many to chose from....have a look.

Not only is the grammar of the post terrible..."Falling" Phuket lamp post"...
but the fine is stupidly cheap. A friend lost control of his 4x4 due to a front
diff failure on a highway in the US and killed a light pole...cost him nearly
2000 USD to replace it....or rather his insurance paid...whatever.
Actualy the lamp post doesn't really look felled...just slightly wounded.

^^^ What a beauty.
Her name was/is Halima...a Malay girl of 20 years young who worked in a Penang
flower shop off Penang Road in Georgetown. Simply put...a stunner. And as you
mentioned....What a beauty...
I wonder what she looks like now?

Hundreds, perhaps thousands of lives lost & Mc Cormick gets 10 years in the can.
That's justice?
It's not justice but he only stood trial for fraud as that was the best way to get some sort of conviction. If they had tried him on manslaughter, he may have walked.
How well I understand...still 10 years seems a light sentence for what the detectors didn't do. However...better 10 for fraud than walking
on manslaughter. Hope all his "assetts" have been called in.

^^^ Nice colours Ron!
