Sorry to bother again with driving licence and visa stuff but my 1 year dl will expire in March. I am back now in Thailand/Chiang Mai on a VOA. I've learned that I need a marrige/ED/retirement visa for the 5 year dl. I do no have an international dl so I need the thai dl. My question: An I apply for the 1 year dl again since it can be done with a tourist visa ? ED visa would be a option but 20k just for a dl...
