You don't know much about UK visa applications, do you?
It's very expensive and you have to pay all over again if it's rejected and if you know so much about the UK visa situation then why are you asking any questions on here.

TEMU product are cheap and substandard.

The items were always as described and good quality. Just don't buy power tools. ( I saw a Youtube video of a guy who bought a bunch to try out. Not very good it seems) Otherwise, I use Temu if I can't find an item on Lazada or Shopee.
AliExpress is far cheaper for computers and relating equipment. Under cutting the prices of the same on Lazada and shoppee. Mini PC 4000bht cheapest on Lazada for 6000

Is this acceptable to apply when she’s still employed but planning to quit?
Shes already had one visit with no issues but was unemployed at the time.
The visa has nothing to do with her work. It's to do with you and your finances.

It´s a very big factor not mentioned in the OP. They arrested the illegal workers. How about the owners and the ones who employed them? There are high fines and punishments for such actions. Why are they always left out of the picture?
Yes the company owner has bigger fines then the worker under the law.

Just got the bad news that the closest border run for Chiang Mai, the (Chiang Khong - Huay Xai) border is now requiring a 2 night stay in Laos, despite this not being the law, its being enforced.
My question is, now that border run chews up 3 days and costs around 5500 THB (Visa run agents 2500, Visa 2000, and cheap accoomodation 1000), I may as well just do a flight to Malaysia Kuala Lumpar and can come back the same day for less money. Is this allowed? Or do you get pulled up for going in and out the same day? Im thinking it shouldnt be an issue, given people going for business meetings etc, just wanting to ensure Im not going to get a surprise trying to come back in.
Just fly to Vietnam and back

I was happily renting (monthly) a unfurnished house for about 4 yrs, living with my then GF, now my wife, then the Owner wanted it back,
So I was then left with all my furniture, 2 cats, and dog to find somewhere else in that area that I like, none were available, so we found 1 ria of land in a really lovely spot, and not so far from the village, up a quiet side soi, and no chance of flooding at 43 meters above sea level.
I paid 1.7b million for the land, about 10yrs ago, spent about 1.2m on a small house build,
The old landlord was desperate for money so I paid him an extra 3months rent, that gave us the time needed to have the house built, best thing I have ever done, property wise.
At current house rents where I am that is 1-1.2 million saved in rent, the land value now would be at least 2.5 as when I brought it only a dirt road, but now is concrete government road, + we could always sell 1/2 ria. the land has established fruit trees. I'm 73 and not dead yet.
Yes and you could if save 1 million and moved a half an hour away and bought 3 rai

Rent hands down. Never buy unless you have money to loose. You sure won't gain equity in a condo or house. House is better to buy then a condo if you do buy. But that is still only on a usefructe and only with somebody you really know well. Rents are so low after paying condo fees and the headache renting to Russians and cheap Americans coming over thinking they can get beautiful condo for $200 a month. Thais will always undercut the rental values. Better to have your money if you even have any in a fixed cash account at 4.7% where it is safe and you can use it when you want.

Download the app now. It should show the last 12 months. Call the help line they will send somebody to check. There is a monthly standing charge which can run for months with no disconnection. Alternatively take an ID card and a new lease and get a new meter installed under somebody else's name or your name to the residents. Forget the old bill.
