Some of us are just 51. And don't want to  touch our  pensions yet.  I also doubt that anybody with property investments in Thailand are making any returns. 

When it's blowing warm air. It's just needs to be cleaned. The condenser coil that rotates behind the radiator needs cleaning every 6 months. We pay 300 baht for each unit. 

I posted on her awhile ago I bought the Gree 24BTU AND love it very cold quiet and my electric bill is the same or lower but my house much colder

Somehow I consider mass evacuations, while enduring all the same covid restrictions as Phuket, make the B.C. interior objectively worse than Phuket.

A few people I know have just told me they have test positive this week even after having their two doses of vaccine and that was moderna and astra. So there is no way the vaccine prevents infection but prevents serious illness. (UK) 

Two friends of mine  have been vaccinate last February with moderna and astra in England. They went out last week after the UK opening! both were tested positive this week.. 

Why would you ever buy one! 555 listen to me just walk up to a tree if the owner is around ask firs. Break off a three foot branch and when your back home stick the broken end in the ground.
