The conclusion from my reading of the science of course anyone guess but not heard you have a 90% chance of getting infected but the correct word being thrown around today is " Breakout Cases "  which is rare based on the millions already vaccination it has been reported the more vaccination the numbers will go up it is all part of the course.

Here is the big difference what I'm reading from the science that if you are fully vaccinated the chance of you dying or being hospitalize is minimum.  If and went I do get vaccinated whether I'm here or at home I plan to wear a mask and follow the science and use a bit of critical thinking if I'm visiting a place that has a low rate of infection being vaccinated I might chose not to wear one but if there is a major outbreak like in Thailand and the leaders mandate a mask it is simple I will wear one it isn't like you got a diaper on your face I don't see what the big deal is being made?????

Go read the new data from the study after two doses of pfizer after five months you are only protected by 10% of not getting  corvid 19!  91% chance you won't get serious ill. But 90% chance of getting infected! Read the study not just media headlines

Yes, I see Chaiyaphum has an online appointment eBooking system.

Looks home-grown - which is fine, but I can't get into it so no clue if it is associated with any larger systems?

Didn't see anything on the KK Imm website, but it's a funky site, could be there somewhere.

Look for the ebooking system on their website..

They have not made it country wide.

As far as I now there are only about 3 offices (Bangkok has more than one office on their site that are in the province) that have appointments.

Chiayaphum and Khon kaen have the app to make appointments. If Chiayaphum has it I would imagine many more provinces. Chiayaphum has a fairly new young policeman IT literate.  He is from Korat.

Not exactly correct. It might be that the police does not take action. Then anyone can sue another one in court for criminal charges. No prosecutor from the government involved.

Yes correct police don't have to be involved at all. Just go ahead sand let the courts decide for a criminal case or not.  But be ready to be counters sued for defamation!

What this is about is that you can no longer extend your visa 30 days from its expiration. You must extend over a three day window only.

Thank god! I am not renewing in Bangkok I get the Farang Royal treatment soon as they see me park my vehicle... I feel sorry for the other farangs told to step aside.

The expats should be at least a little bit grateful that the Embassies accept a certain responsibility for getting their citizens vaccinated, unlike the British Embassy which is adamant that it will do absolutely nothing for the British living outside the UK.

The Canadian Embassy took no responsibility. They clearly stated the are just a messenger for the Thai government and in no way are responsible for this vaccine or the message.
