Thank-you for clearing that up. It is very confusing though that Moderna on their paperwork use milliliters and Singapore and Thailand (+ others) use micrograms on their websites. Why can't they use the same units of measurement for vaccine doses?
It should be in millimeters the virus is a solution. Grams are equal to millimeters anyways just the incorrect unit.

I'm confused by your post. The half dose is 50 micrograms for Moderna. I had it yesterday. Perhaps this link may help.
Quote: (Singapore MOH)
The dosages for booster vaccination by vaccine types are:
• 50 mcg for the Moderna vaccine
• 30 mcg for the Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty vaccine
The booster dosage of the Moderna vaccine is less than the 100 mcg used for the first two doses. This is because data has shown that a 50 mcg dose effectively boosts the immune protection against COVID-19. If you have received a 100 mcg dose for your booster vaccination, there are no safety concerns in having done so.
The booster dosage of the Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty vaccine is the same as that used for the first two doses.
https://www.moh.gov.sg/covid-19/vaccination/faqs---booster-dosesRead the fact sheet from the company it original it original was 1.0 ml thrn went down to 0.5ml and as a booster just.0.25ml
I normal dose is 0.5ml which I recieved on Friday they no longer are doing 1.0 ml

For a nationwide system it's just inconsistenly inconsistent.
Thai's ask for your passport before you take a <deleted>. THAI ID number is enough and they still have my number wrong. Your passport number is on your drivers license. I will see if I get it sorted at khon khaen private hospital at 09:00am it will be interesting what they do with my third vaccine and if they ass it ro my existing vaccine slip

Interesting, when I booked via work they would only accept the ID and not passport, the system works in mysterious ways.
Yes just took my Thai ID but because I am registered at the hospital actually no ID name in your ID is in Thai and they want your name in English so I gave my Driving licence

Either your Pink Thai ID card or passport.

That seems logical. When should they take it?
For all the guys who got 2 x Pfizer on expatvac, half dose of Moderna 6 months after?
Three months and up. I personally would not get another MRNA vaccine but would get a sinovac or astra
-
I have just got off the phone with UCL in London and have been advised to take the whole Moderna vaccine 50ml as purchased for those who have already had two astra zenca vaccines. Dont take half dose.

The authorities both in the US and UK are recommending the half dose. Apparently the Moderna jab contains significantly more mRNA than Pfizer, so a full dose as a booster is more likely to produce side effects
It's moderna vaccine guidelines on the pamphlet! We don't even know the dose amount yet being given until we arrive to the hospital. And what will they do with the other half dose. I will take a friend. Should be 50ml and booster dose 25ml. The Moderna CEO said they are already have live trials for the delta vaccine currently running now.

If you have a UK bank account just change adress online and print out a statement. Might have to change it over the phone. And print out your statement (natwest) Never heard of needing proof of address and a thai online bank statement is not accepted yes it is.

Ah yes, white farang ThaiVisa members deeming what is and isn’t racist for Africans in Thailand. LMAO. Please, have several seats. How many threads have I read on this forum from all of you crying when an article slightly mentions “Farang” and you all simultaneously write thousands of butthurt posts about leaving thailand and never coming back. But in this case, hey colored people - suck it up! Oh please. I’m an African American who was raised in Thailand from 13 years old (I’m 34 now) and you all know damn well if there was article that stated:
The media in their headline as well as immigration on a vinyl board called it a party for "pale" people.
The patrons were from the United Kingdom, Norway, and Germany.
They had been servicing the pale skinned community for the last month.
you all would be up here making a big hissy fit as you always do when you experience a slice of “thai racism”. Check your hypocrisy. The article could’ve easily written African and called it a day. It is necessary to call out ignorance no matter where we are in the world. Thankfully there are forward thinking Thais who do just this, because I have seen the change from 1998 to now in Thailand.Pale people meaning Thais that dont ever let the sun see their skin!

Why not give back the billions that has been stolen and fraudulent taking from thousands and thousandsof wealthy Foriegners in the past 5 years. Or is Thailand just looking for more victims. Shame in you.

Problem is that people of my generation remember it being the accepted term for referring to African looking people. Referring to them as "black" was considered racist. There've been many PC terms used over the years, I honestly don't know what the current one is.
"White" person has never changed, as indeed it shouldn't.
I worked in a schools for 15 years in South London with over 70 spoken languages the student were called black or with their country code of origin.
If I would of called a Jamician student the coloured boy they would of been offended and and laughed at. Coulored is an Americian term and used more these the group many ethical group together. An example is Canada is a mosaic of enrhicity and America is a melting pot.
Calling black is not racist in the UK. End of day you don't need to use black or coloured in the sentence. They can just say Ugandan Nigerian Kenyan Libyan...... Somalian Cameroon
